Glimrende til prisen, venligt personale, rigtig god morgenbuffet, tæt på U-bahn Svært at regulere temperaturen langt nok ned om natten, uden at anvende det noget larmende airconditionanlæg eller åbne vinduet, så mere lydløst anlæg anbefales. |

Great location, very firendly staff, nice selection of food at breakfast. Traffic can get very loud in the morning, but one should expect that in a city as big as Vienna. Parking is available only to cars not more than 1,6m in height. |

Nice location, nice rooms, friendly staff Unfortunately no internet ("analog" referenced in Hotel website must refer to a phone line, but you need a local isp, not helpful) unless you're in the lobby (for WiFi - not free) - or you can use their desktop, but no printer and no open usb port, so impossible to either print or save one's boarding passes, for instance. You're much better off at an internet cafe. |

Staff was especially friendly and helpful. Good location in quiet area. Easy walk to Metro station to get into main tourist sites. Breakfast should have been included and not offered for an extra fee, regardless of the discounted room price. |

It was in the center of the city and close from the undergroud station (about 5 minutes walking distance). The style of the room was modern and looks really good. Every time I come through the main door of the hotel there was a weared smill and I'm still woundering why the hotel staff didn't do any thing about it. |
