Hotel de standing relativement bien situé dans un quartier calme a quelques minutes d'une station de métro.Bon petit déjeuner et chambres corrects pour le prix ( basse saison - 100€ chambre double -PDJ inclus) |

L'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel et sa sympathie, les attentions particulières au client (je suis arrivé au Flakensteiner Hotel Palace le jour de mon anniversaire, et un gâteau d'anniversaire m'a été offert gracieusement par la barmaide), l'aspect design de l'hôtel et sa proximité du coeur historique de vienne. Le parking payant (et même assez cher vs un parking public) |

Hotel remains within 2 metro stations from the old town. Good location in a calm residential area with pleasant restaurants around. Hotel with nice atmosphere and modern design. Fantastic breakfast although it was not included in bedroom price. Good value for the quality service offered. Breakfast and parking not included in bedroom price. |

Very good location . you can use either the metro or buses (there is also a night bus passing very close) to go downtown (3 stops away). The breakfast was excellent! Full of best quality goods. We had a modern type room ( cosy and elegant ) on 3rd floor.we recommend it 100% The only problem was the smell of the carpet at the corridors .I don't know if this problem exists also in the rooms having carpetcovered floors. |

Very nice hotel, recently renovated with a good connection to downrown Vienna. Spacious ,nice rooms, good breakfast and above all very very friendly staff !!! Absolutely recommended. |

The room was clean, good bed, nice bathroom with shower and bathtube. I really enjoyed this hotel. It is in a nice neighbourhood, safe and full with shops and little restaurants, only two metrostops from the old centre, metro not far away, so very practical for a citytrip in Vienna.The sauna was also very relaxing and hot, often I was there alone. The porn channel in the sauna, but luckily the channel could be changed on the tv.... |

Staff were most helpful and all the basics of hospitality of good service were done well and without fuss. Would recommend going there to anyone and found it a good place to stay. |

Staff was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in at 7 am because our train got in earlier than expected. We were there Easter weekend and many of the stores/restaurants around the area were closed but the reception helped us by recommending open cafes. The breakfast spread was great. |

Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of meals. The airconditioning in the hotel was set to too warm without a way to change it, just to turn it off and open windows. This is both a waste of energy and it's difficult to sleep with open windows with -5C outside. Another thing were the uncomfortable beds. They are too soft with a gutter forming in the middle from either old matteraces or too soft bed frame. |

Breakfast Parking facilities are very limited. Not mentioned on website. It causes a problem when you arrive and cannot make use of hotel parking. |
