Het ontbijt, de kamers en enkele personeelsleden. Ligging van het hotel. Had de indruk dat een aantal personeelsleden, bij de receptie, niet de plaatselijke bekendheid hebben en niet voldoende waren ingewerkt om op een aduquate manier de gasten te helpen. |

Location is not close the main street, at list want to walk 20 mins, and the room face to street a bit noisy, the Reception make the booking of city sightseeing make a wrong pick-up time, and the taxi booking is worng room number, waste the time |

quite good location, easy to find one of the blanket covers had wholes in it, so we needed to ask for exchange. Also it was very noisy in the morning - 7,8 o'clock - almost everday they were taking out thrash and this was really annoying. |

I had asked for a quiet, non-smoking room and got exactly that. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised also how much there was to do in the neighborhood surrounding as well as the easy transportation into the city. |

The hotel is modern looking is on the bus route from the Sudbahnhof. The breakfast selection is extensive. |
