Our historic 3-star hotel enjoys an ideal location only 200 metres or a 5-minute walk from the old town of Krems.
The history of the building dates back to 1658, when the "Golden Angel" was built as a tavern for Grafenegg Castle. In 1795, the inn became the property of the Ehrenreich family, which operates it today in the seventh generation. The carefully renovated hotel now combines the ambience of the 17th century with all modern amenities.
The hotel features a parking garage, a newly designed garden with a pool and a fantastic view of Göttweig Abbey, a lift and a free Internet terminal at the reception.
