For your comfort, entertainment and well-being, there is an indoor swimming pool, 2 saunas (Finnish/bio), an infrared cabin (extra fee), solarium (extra fee), sun-bathing lawn and hotel shop. You can also enjoy a table tennis room, cycle hire, storage room for cycles and skis, toboggan hire, and leisure programmes (occasionally with a charge to cover costs).
For children there is a playground and child care in the Mini-Residenz or at the playground. Older children are catered for in the youth club. Child supervision is available 5 days a week for children aged 3 to 12 years.
Suites and all public areas are accessible to disabled guests.
There is a day cafe, evening bar with winter garden, and a la carte restaurant with show-grill.
A tennis camp, golf academy, indoor riding hall, and squash can be found in the area, about 1 km away. A little further away are the Faaker See (8 km), Ossiacher See (8 km) and Wörthersee (10-20 km) bathing lakes.
The 4 skiing areas near Villach are within easy reach, as are all the popular Carinthian day-trip destinations and sights.

space and comfort of the room as well as friendly staff. Good garage:) swimming pool closed early as well as sauna opened only 2 hours/day! Breakfast not too rich, rather limited choice of dishes and partly additionally paid. Low quality of cold drinks. |

The hotel is well maintained. Clean & tidy rooms. Quiet location. The hotel front desk is closed 2400-0700am. I think it should open a little bit earlier say 0600 for those who need to check out early. |

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Check-In hat bestens und problemlos funktioniert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war bestens. Leider konnte ich zeitlich wegen nur einer Übernachtung nicht die Zusatzangebote wie Hallenbad oder Fitness in Anspruch nehmen. Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war ein Einbettzimmer und trotz meiner Sportlichkeit sehr schmal. Ich kann nicht nicht vorstellen, dass dies für nicht besonders sportliche und schlanke Personen geeignet ist. |

besonders geeignet für Familien mit Kindern das Service-Personal (Küche + Kellner) war offensichtlich überfordert. Lange Wartezeit - Suppe wurde nach Hauptspeise serviert. Die Gerichte waren ausgezeichnet. |
