The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. The food was excellent. having the spa was great, especially after a day on the slopes.The location is absolutely brilliant, literally a minutes walk from the bars, restaurants etc and 5 minutes to the city express to get to the slopes. It really was first class no gymnasium.

location is excellent for skiers and for people who like to walk in city enter. staff was so friendly especially Matina the bell of the church is ringing at 7am every mornings and couple of times during the day.So this is not the best place in the city for people who what's to have a rest in the morning or even after skiing

Lokatie, vriendelijke sfeer, servicegerichtheid, schoon, heerlijke wellness. Ontbijt is goed geregeld, extra service was soms wat teveel, wellicht te weinig beschikbaar pesoneel. Slechts zeer beperkte aanmerking op in het algemeen zeer goede ervaring

تعامل الموظفين كان جيد صراحه ازعاج واعطوني غرفه علي الشارع وازعاج ماقدر انام وكمان حجزت لأنو قالو ان الفندق يعطي النزلا بطاقة المدينه مجانا وغير صحيح لا بطاقة ولا شي احلي شي في الفندق التعامل بس يعني ما انصح احد يسكن فيه خصوصا اللي يحبو الهدوء

نظافة الغرفة و الموقع لأنه لا يبعد عن البحيرة كثيرا اضاف الموظف في الاستقبال ٥٠ يورو في كل يوم للأطفال أعطانا غرفة اصغر مما طلبنا الإطالة ليست جميلة

Sehr gute Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Frühstücksbuffet ok. Wenn man spät kommt, gibt es aber vieles nicht mehr. Wenig Parkplätze, diese recht teuer (15.-€). Wellnessbereich in der Zwischensaison auf Sparflamme. Sauna ohne Licht, Whirlpool ausser Betrieb.

Zentrale Lage! Hatte Zimmer 300, 3 Stock, wobei der Lift nur bis in den 2. Stock reichte. Zimmer lieblos, eingeschränkte Aussicht - auf Rauchfang und dirkt ins Nachbarhaus. Rollos defekt. Erinnerte mich stark an Personal- Unterkunft! Frühstück eingeschränkt, kein Schinken, am 2 Tag kein dunkels Brot. Meine 4 Stern hat er nicht erreicht.

Friendly staff, nice space on the rooms and very good location in the heart of Zell, close to the slopes, centre and skibus to both Kaprun and Saalbach The boiled eggs for brakfast was undercooked every day, and the breakfast was rather boring with poor seletion. Also the cleaning staff just entered the room one morning without knocking and waiting, and another morning they were cleaning when we came back from breakfast. Irritating

Friendly staff. Excellent location with easy access to ski lift by day and to restaurants by night. Stayed in the self catering apartments--- very well maintained, clean and spacious. No lift in the self catering section.
