The apartment was very cozy and spacious. The object is a beautiful old building, but marvelously renovated. From the coffee house in the ground floor it smells like fine coffee and cakes. The restaurant looks intimate and authentic, although we haven't tried it. The location is central, the view to the old city center, very picturesque but quiet and calm. Good location to reach the Ankogel ski resport easily.

Located in a renovated Renaissance building on the main square of Obervellach in Carinthia’s Möll Valley, the Oberstbergmeisteramt offers free Wi-Fi. The ski and hiking bus stops a 2-minute walk away. The modern apartments are very spacious and feature elegant wooden floors and furniture. Each includes a flat-screen cable TV and a kitchen or kitchenette with a dining area. Every apartment has a bathroom with double sinks, bathrobes and hairdryer. Guests of Ferienappartements Oberstbergmeisteramt can relax in the on-site infrared cabins free of charge. A café is located in the same building. The Ankogel ski area is a 10-minute drive away, and the Mölltal Glacier ski area is 15 minutes away. The nearby Hohe Tauern National Park offers a wide range of hiking and mountain bike trails.
