Lovely setting, right on the lake. Good restaurant. It's a bit like an Austrian version of Haven. Not a hotel at all but an apartment complex. Also it was full of very noisy and uncontrolled school children so we did not get any sleep as they were partying until well into the early hours. The room was cleaner when we left it than when we arrived ! |

discreto rapporto qualità prezzo. adatto alla vacanza con bambini. purtroppo nessuno parlava italiano e nemmeno i menù riportavano traduzioni nemmeno in inglese. |

Wir konnten am Anreisetag noch vor 16 Uhr ins Appartment, ohne dass uns die Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen haben, dass sie uns jetzt entgegenkommen.Auch die Benützung der Einrichtungen des Feriendorfes war unkompliziert und unbürokratisch. Die Matratzen der Betten waren super! |

Abbiamo gradito la disponibilità del personale nonostante fosse ancora quasi tutto chiuso. Pensiamo sia più bello d'estate. Non era chiaro in fase di prenotazione che la struttura nel periodo in cui siamo andati è praticamente vuota. |

Больше всего понравилось удобное расположение рядом с озером. Совсем неудобно время отъезда в 9-30, заезд при этом в 16-00. Хорошо, что разрешили задержаться до 11-00 |

Piękne otoczenie- jezioro Ossiach. Personel podczas płatności za pobyt próbował nam doliczyć do rachunku 40 Euro za sprzątanie, chociaż o dodatkowej płatności nie było informacji na stronie rezerwacyjnej, a my pokój posprzątaliśmy (informacja o sprzątaniu była wyłącznie w pokoju i wyłącznie w języku niemieckim). Pierwszy raz spaliśmy w hotelu, gdzie pokój trzeba opuścić do godz.9.30 rano. |
