Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 15 years are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 34.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

It was cheap and nice spacious. Beds were comfortable. 4-5 big and several smaller spiders in the bedroom. Curtains and walls were spotted with remains of killed spiders and other insects. |

the lake and scenary. When we arrived we found that the bed had a strong smell of stinky feet. We addressed this to the maid and she replaced the covers, but the smell was still there. Our towels were not replaced the whole week with the exception of one day nor was the room cleaned. They do not provide shampoo or body soap. The breakfast cost 11 euros per person and is not worth it. |

Gyönyörű környezetben található a szállás, az utak nagyon jó minőségűek ami fontos volt mivel motorral mentünk. Az apartmanok berendezése és felszereltsége megfelelő, mindent gördülékenyen tudtunk intézni. A szauna és a medence is jó. Olyan nem volt ami nem tetszett, de ami még javíthatna a szállás ellátottságán: Hajszárítóra nagy szükség lenne az apartmanokban. Amennyiben lenne rá lehetőség egy gyógyvizes medence nagyon jó lenne. |

Wir konnten am Anreisetag noch vor 16 Uhr ins Appartment, ohne dass uns die Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen haben, dass sie uns jetzt entgegenkommen.Auch die Benützung der Einrichtungen des Feriendorfes war unkompliziert und unbürokratisch. Die Matratzen der Betten waren super! |

Abbiamo gradito la disponibilità del personale nonostante fosse ancora quasi tutto chiuso. Pensiamo sia più bello d'estate. Non era chiaro in fase di prenotazione che la struttura nel periodo in cui siamo andati è praticamente vuota. |
