Maten var ok Dårlige senger. LItt trafikkstøy, var utrolig mye trafikkstøy - rett ved hovedvei. Reklamerte med svømmebasseng- men det var lenger nedi veien |

Vi ble særdeles hyggelig tatt imot,og servicen var upåklagelig. Er du noen gang i Zell Am See, så er dette et hyggelig, familiehotell som gir valuta for pengene. Vi ankom sent på kvelden med tvillinger på 9 år som var syke. Kjøkkenet var stengt, men det åpnet de opp og serverte oss hva vi enn ville ha. Lege ble bestilt morgenen etter, og han møtte opp og hjalp oss på rommet. Fikk også gode råd for fjellturer og sight-seeing, og var svært fornøyde med alt sammen. Eneste jeg kan tenke meg som minus, må være en litt kjedelig frokost. Men ingen grunn til ikke å besøke dette hotellet likevel! |

Svært hyggelig betjening. Bra standard. Litt langt fra sentrum, men bra buss/tog-forbindelse dag/ettermiddag. Dårlig på kveld. |

the rate.. the hotel was very hard to find by the address given, the GPS also couldn't find it..The rooms are not very good looking.. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good with a good selection of meats, cheeses and breads. The hotel is on the main roadway, the rooms on the front side of the hotel can get a bit noisy. |

The owner Mrs. Veronika ,who is a 75 year old, was considering every small detail and greets everyone in the morning and keeps on asking about the services and whether I enjoyed my dinner on the previous night or not. Amazing lady! The internet! I wish they could provide free wireless service in the rooms. Another thing is the flies in the restaurant! as windows & doors are kept open but they can install electric insect killer! |

The Staff were very friendly and good with kids. The views from the rooms accross the road from main hotel are fabulous The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the lake in Zell am See but the train and bus service are very good. |

Parking available with no charge, easy going for checking in and hotel meals. Dinner at the hotel could not be charged to the room. The traffic was quite heavy & noising in the morning. |

the hotel is away from the center about 4 km and it is located in the interance of zell am see (noisy )a lot of long vehicules passing ,it is dificult to sleep and the room is not dark enough because the curtain is not thick .the breakfast is less than normal and the price is expensive |

very friendly & helpful staff, they waited for us to arrive until rather late at night; it is situated just off the main road, between Zell am See and Kaprun, with great access to both the mountains and the Zell See, spas and seaside atractions |

All the essential facilties and comfortable at a good price. Good value restaurant. Suited my needs. Hotel is split between 2 buildings - Tauernstüberl has the restaurant (and breakfast room) but if staying at the associated Gletscherblick it is across a busy road |

The hotel is located on the border of Zell-am-See. The house fronts the street so the rooms looking to the courtyard are preferable. The hotel is clean and tidy as everywhere in Austria. The hostess is very friendly (the hostess and some personnel were waiting for us after 6pm sitting in the restaurant on the ground-floor). The parking is near by the hotel. The breakfast is tasty. |

We had a good time perfect service all the way . The lifts to the slopes were close by. And when we left at night they had made a lunch bag for us insted of the breakfast . |
