All the essential facilties and comfortable at a good price. Good value restaurant. Suited my needs. Hotel is split between 2 buildings - Tauernstüberl has the restaurant (and breakfast room) but if staying at the associated Gletscherblick it is across a busy road |

The hotel is located on the border of Zell-am-See. The house fronts the street so the rooms looking to the courtyard are preferable. The hotel is clean and tidy as everywhere in Austria. The hostess is very friendly (the hostess and some personnel were waiting for us after 6pm sitting in the restaurant on the ground-floor). The parking is near by the hotel. The breakfast is tasty. |

We had a good time perfect service all the way . The lifts to the slopes were close by. And when we left at night they had made a lunch bag for us insted of the breakfast . |

I arrived very late and they do not have open reception by night, but they helped me by putting signs and leaving the key (and some printed instructions), so I could easily accommodate. Thank you again! My room was very spacious, very well and nice equipped (room and bathroom frniture and stuff). I stayed there in beginning of December and the traffic on the nearby national road was not so heavy. It may be a little disturbing for sensible people - in peak season. |

Nothjng much. Could smell smoke coming into our room while sleeping. Definitely not in Zell am See. It is a fair distance drive to the City. |

Easy to find, really lovely staff, beautiful big clean room with balcony and lovely bathroom. If anything just a little noisy as Hotel on main road so didn't eat at Hotle for dinner, but we didn't hear road noise from our room. |

Nice hotel, nice people, good food. Excellent location (middle way from center of Zell Am See to Kaprun) for those who want to travel each day to a new direction in the area (by bike, especially). Not too many buildings around, as in Kaprun or Zell am See - so you can feel more in the countryside than in the city. Nice room with 3 beds. Beds are large, but the room is a little bit small. Also the bathroom is tight. However is ok. We haven't came for staying in the hotel room, but to enjoy the surroundings... :O). The hotel is nearby the road from Zell am See to Kaprun (high traffic in august!). We had the room on the opposite side of the building (the window to the swimming pool); we heard no street noise. |

Receptionist gave us her personal cake of soap as none provided in room On MAIN highway with tunnel and clover leaf inter change very close by. Constant Truck noise. Zell an See and Lake is over 5 klm away No where to buy anything close by. Count the trucks as you sip a beer under the umbrella on the side on the Main road. No soap or shampoo. Very very misleading in its position to Zell am See |
