Mycket trevlig tillmötesgående personal. Gratis cykelutlåning. Stora rum med balkong. Frottéunderlakan. Man bör vara uppmärksam på att det är 4 km till Zell am Sees centrum. |

Det var bra med en stor restaurang med mytcket att välja på. Trevligt att man kan sitta utomhus och äta. Frukostbuffén var bra,mycket att välja på. Trevligt med poolen varma daar, men kallt i vattnet. Små rum. Synd att en väg delar hotellet, vi bodde på andra sidan vägen. |

bra frukost, relativt stort rum detta hotell låg inte i zell am see, vilket vi fick uppfattningen om vid bokningen, utan i en förort. Bilresa var ett måste för transport till zell am see. Rummen vart ganska tråkiga och sängen bäddad med frottelakan |

Personalen är trevlig och uppmärksam. Man löser snabbt eventuella problem och de är mycket "serviceminded". Maten är utmärkt, det finns många olika typer av rätter att välja från menyn och deras halvpension är mycket prisvärd. Bra att de har separat icke rökare avdelning i restaurangen. Hela hotellet är rent och prydligt, duschar och andra bekvämligheter fungerar mycket bra. Det finns inget jag tycker direkt illa om, men jag tycker att de borde ha trådlöst internet. Att man kan ansluta sig via telefonledningen (till vanlig samtalsavgift) känns föråldrat! |

the rate.. the hotel was very hard to find by the address given, the GPS also couldn't find it..The rooms are not very good looking.. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good with a good selection of meats, cheeses and breads. The hotel is on the main roadway, the rooms on the front side of the hotel can get a bit noisy. |

The owner Mrs. Veronika ,who is a 75 year old, was considering every small detail and greets everyone in the morning and keeps on asking about the services and whether I enjoyed my dinner on the previous night or not. Amazing lady! The internet! I wish they could provide free wireless service in the rooms. Another thing is the flies in the restaurant! as windows & doors are kept open but they can install electric insect killer! |

The Staff were very friendly and good with kids. The views from the rooms accross the road from main hotel are fabulous The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the lake in Zell am See but the train and bus service are very good. |

Parking available with no charge, easy going for checking in and hotel meals. Dinner at the hotel could not be charged to the room. The traffic was quite heavy & noising in the morning. |

the hotel is away from the center about 4 km and it is located in the interance of zell am see (noisy )a lot of long vehicules passing ,it is dificult to sleep and the room is not dark enough because the curtain is not thick .the breakfast is less than normal and the price is expensive |

very friendly & helpful staff, they waited for us to arrive until rather late at night; it is situated just off the main road, between Zell am See and Kaprun, with great access to both the mountains and the Zell See, spas and seaside atractions |

All the essential facilties and comfortable at a good price. Good value restaurant. Suited my needs. Hotel is split between 2 buildings - Tauernstüberl has the restaurant (and breakfast room) but if staying at the associated Gletscherblick it is across a busy road |

The hotel is located on the border of Zell-am-See. The house fronts the street so the rooms looking to the courtyard are preferable. The hotel is clean and tidy as everywhere in Austria. The hostess is very friendly (the hostess and some personnel were waiting for us after 6pm sitting in the restaurant on the ground-floor). The parking is near by the hotel. The breakfast is tasty. |

We had a good time perfect service all the way . The lifts to the slopes were close by. And when we left at night they had made a lunch bag for us insted of the breakfast . |
