Ferienhaus Kramser

Incredibly nice family, very crisp and sharp interior, freshly renovated rooms with nice view. Breakfest and owners attitude ad flavor to this magnificent place.

Firstly, I must say the owners were magnificent! Never had such a warm and friendly welcome, and such a pleasant stay! And that's why we'll be coming back. Now, for the facts about the place. As the other guest already said - need to google the exact location before starting your journey. Specially if you will be arriving at night - the village is very small, and there are hardly any people on the road to ask for directions (we took a walk around 6 p.m. and saw nobody on the street the whole time walking - aprox. 45 min). Also note that the place is a village next to Arnolstien - on the hill, so to go into town, you'll need a car. As seen on the photos, there is a skiing run very near the B&B, but what you see is what you get - the place has only one real piste, so if you are a skier, it's better to go to nearby Sella Nevea, Tarvisio or Nasffeld for a day trip. As the owners for directions and recommendations. The breakfast was superb. Lot’s of everything you can think of, and more! Fruit, jogurt, different kind of warm beagles (salty and sweet), jam, ham, different kinds of cheese, juice, espresso, eggs, milk etc. And Claudia kept coming to our table asking if there is something else she can offer us! The rooms – decorated to the owners taste, maybe a little bit kitsch, but maintained with a lot of love and care. The bathroom, on the other hand, could be a drawback – there is no separation (door) between the bathroom and the room – just a shower glass door for the shower on one side, and the toilet on the other side. A bit small and inconvenient, specially if you’re a bit shay on “doing your business” with the audience.  All in all – liked the place very much, mostly ‘cause of the effort of the hosts to make your stay as pleasant as can be, so will overlook the small imperfections, and will probably be coming back for another beautiful weekend!

Very friendly and helpful. They also taught us skiing. They helped us prepare the barbecue. They allow us to use the kitchen and kindly gave us some vegetables we needed.

I was impressed by the warm welcome and attention during our stay there. The Ferienhaus Kramser was decorated recently with very good taste. The area is lovely with a picturesque view, very interesting for staying in summer or during winter (ski slope and cross-country skiing facilities nearby)

E' un posto incantevole, proprietari gentili, disponibili e cordiali con accoglienza famigliare. Camere belle e pulite. Colazione ottima. Torneremo di sicuro!

Very friendly staff. They did every thing to make our stay special. Great facilities and breakfast. Lovely place. Very clean and modern.

The location was not ideal for us as cyclist climbing a big mountain to reach there !!! Google map shows the path to the hotel through a forest.

The hotel was fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone to visit. It is in a beautiful location and the owners were amazing. They went out of their way with their generosity - all at no extra cost!!! In the morning we had an amazing spread for breakfast, fresh bread, fruit, croissants etc. The rooms are large with very cosy decor and very modern bathroom facilities. This is a hotel with a real family feel and I normally wouldn't bother writing a review but as they were so kind to us I wanted to write something as a thank you!!

The owners are verry friendly. We want to go there again in the winter. Proprietarii sunt foarte prietenosi. Este amplasata intr-o zona foarte linistita in munti cu partii de ski si o partie de sanie de 8 km. Mergem si la iarna.

Super Klasse, extrem schöne Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber mit familiären Flair. Frühstück nach den eigenen Wünschen. Für alle Altersklassen bestens geignet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bei unserer Hochzeitsreise wieder ein paar Tage im Ferienhaus Kramser zu Gast sein!! Das Ferienhaus Kramser ist mehr als empfehlenswert!!! Spokojna okolica,piękne widoki,bardzo sympatyczny personel.Śniadania urozmaicone.Pobyt bardzo przyjemny.

Atmosfera de familie , gazde excelente , mic dejun impecabil , o locatie cu un farmec aparte

Mici probleme cu apa calda (calduta) , nu exista restaurant

Veľmi pekné, útulné a čisté miesto v prostredí hôr. Milí a pozorní domáci, bohatá strava a krásne izby s balkónmy a modernou kúpeľňou, tiež je k dispozícii príjemné sedenie na terase.

Postele sú síce veľké a romantické, ale mierne vŕzgajú, keďže sú v starom štýle.

Sehr persönlich empfangen worden und nette Gespräche geführt. Vorzügliches Frühstück und gut eingerichtete Zimmer.

excelenta ampasare; aproape de granita cu Italia; camera si baie spatioase si foarte curate; mic dejun suficient de bogat; cel mai important - proprietari extrem de prietenosi si mereu in intampinarea dorintelor noastre.

где же слов найти? всё было оооочень хорошо. нас ждали (приехали уже по темну), усадили за стол с огромным итальянским рождественским... эээ куличом, мы пили бесконечно вкусный чай и вели бесконечные беседы:) потом ушли гулять с очаровательным хозяйским голденом. горы, тишина, красота... не далеко трасса, у хозяйки целый шкаф (может и не один) спортивных наград. интереснейшие люди! очень доброжелательны и заботливы. редкостное гостеприимство! а ещё можно принимать душ с видом на горы через панорамное окно-дверь на террасу:) а какой восход с видом на горы, церковь и дымки из труб...

Splendida location immersa nel verde silenzio. Le camere sono rinnovate,pulite,calde,attrezzatissime e confortevoli. I gestori,che parlano italiano,sono presenti,disponibilissimi e cordiali. Colazioni super abbondanti.
