sehr leckeres Essen - 3 Gänge Menü plus ausgiebiges Salatbuffett; sehr freundliches Personal inkl. persönliche Begrüßung mit Handschlag; ich hatte Geburtstag und ich erhielt einen Sekt aufs Haus; Skibus-Haltestelle ca 150m entfernt; Winter-Rodelbahn direkt um die Ecke; Wellnessbereich sehr überschaubar - kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten; zu kleine Sauna (für ca. 4-5 Personen ausgelegt) - Hotel hat jedoch an die 33 Zimmer; Heubadewanne und Whirlpool gleicht eher einem Kinderspielplatz; viele Familien mit Kinder;

wir sind leider erst nach 22uhr angekommen und wurden so freundlich empfangen als ob es gerade 18uhr wäre.

Uns hat die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang inder Rezeption, das sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Personal im Restaurant, das sehr reichliche und abwechslungsreiche Essen, die ser subere Wellnessbereich und die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer sehr gefallen!

Het eten was erg goed en lekker, vriendelijk personeel, en mooie ruime kamers. Een beetje afgelegen

sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis freundlicher Empfang. Im Restaurant war nicht immer alles sauber. Hotel war ausgebucht, somit war die Saunalandschaft zu klein, brachte somit keine Erholung und Entspannung. Mache Angestellte waren zu den Mahlzeiten etwas überfordert/ angestrengt. Am Abend und zum Abendessen war der Hoteleingang/ Zimmerschlüssel unbewacht.
