Nothing. This hotel, by price, belongs to the luxury category. By comfort, it is substandard. Our expensive rooms were about 50 meters from the railway tracks -- the main line from Salzburg to Klagenfurt, with frequent trains through the night. It sounded and felt as though the trains were coming through our room After the second night of this my wife felt quite ill from lack of sleep and demanded that we check out immediately. This we did but the hotel refused any refund for the second two nights we had reserved. The said that because we had booked through booking.com they could not refund the money. We chose this hotel because our son was in the International Brahms Competition (piano) in Poertschach so we felt that he needed rest. Mistake! |

The only thing I liked was nature and breakfast. The view is very nice if you take a room with view to the lake!! The hotel is very noisy. A railway is just a few meters from the hotel. Take care and don’t take rooms on the north side of the lake!!! All day and night trains are running up and down. At 9 or 10 PM people are playing table tennis under the balconies!! Is not very pleasant to listen the ball making noise when you want to listen birds or to take rest!! Services are very poor for a four stars hotel!! So, take care!! |

the seeview from the balcony was amazing, the swimming pool is very big and comfortable, the appartement was really good and big enough the train passing every 15 minutes under the balcony:) the staff speaks English very bad; the hotel is located far from the city centre |

My apartment was lovely - make sure you ask for one on the top floor - very spacious with mezzanine bedroom and en-suite bathroom also cloakroom downstairs with comfy bed settee. Hotel o.k. - Lake fantastic. Views amazing. Airport only 8k away. B&B but still had to pay for use of kitchen in the apartment - 20 euros per day - there wasn't even cutlery in the room let alone pots and crockery - was not told about this. Staff very abrupt and sometimes quite unhelpful. No flexibility on times for dinner - if you wern't in the restaurant on time everything was cleared away. We arrived with half an hour to go on one occasion and the salad had been cleared and we wern't given dessert! Staff didn't speak very good english. |

The hotel has a wonderful location, on the rim of the Worthsee lake (sorry for mispelling the lak name). It is also very easy to reach off A2. I liked the cleanness and comfort of the room, as well as the kindness of the staff.. Quite, splendid place to relax if you stay more. You can have dinner only by 8:00 pm. A longer dinner period would be nice. |

It was near all the towns. The bathroom though large did not have any amenities or a place to ones belongings. The beds were too soft and needs changing. It was not a 4 star hotel. |

Frühstück,Bad,Fitnessraum Bedienung/Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionsdamen, Zimmer zum selben Preis sind schlecht und sehr gut.Wir hatten das schlechteste. Der Weg zum Baden und der Lärm von der Eisenbahn. |

Het hotel lag prachtig en rustig gelegen en lag heel centraal rond de Worthersee, dichtbij de drukte van Velden en Klagenfurt. De hotelgasten waren allen heel integer en respectvol, voornamelijk Duitsers en Italianen. Gelukkig geen Nederlanders (ook amper in Karanthie gezien) in het hotel. Alles was perfect. Vele gasten zouden de treinen opnoemen die geregeld voor het hotel langs denderden, wij hebben ons daar niet aan gestoord. |

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Mittags nicht mal ein kleiner Imbiss zu bekommen ! keine Minibar im Zimmer eines ****Hotels ! Rauchen auf der Frühstücksterasse nicht erlaubt, aber Aschenbecher unmittelbar neben Eingang zum Frühstücksbuffet! Wellnessbereich sehr ungepflegt! Zimmer sehr klein! |

Der Wörthersee und unser Blick über den See, Servicepersonal arbeitet unkoordiniert und ist nicht ausgebildet, ich musste Kakao drei mal bestellen bis er einmal gebracht wurde, Frühstücksauswahl sehr dürftig und immer gleich, Schimmel im Bad, Duschhalter abgebrochen ( nach Reklamation sofort repariert), Schirme am Strand überwiegend kaputt, zu wenig Liegen am Strand, die auch noch mit Handtüchern reserviert werden, was die Situation verschärft, kein Wachbecken in der Toilette am Strand so dass man sich nach dem WC-Gang nicht mal die Hände waschen kann, Sauberkeit des Frühstücksraumes schlecht, Treppenhaus wurde während unserer Woche Aufenthalt nicht ein mal gesaugt (dort lag eine Weintraube auf der Treppe, die in dieser Woche auch nicht schöner wurde), Charme einer Jugendherberge |

eigener Strand; eigener Wellnessbereich (schönes großes Hallenbad); sehr gutes Frühstück; angenehme Athmosphäre; nettes Personal nur Kleinigkeiten, wie etwa, dass es nur W-Lan gibt, aber keinen Computer; der Fitnessraum entählt nur Cardiogeräte, ist aber für Krafttraining eher ungeeignet. |

Direkte Lage am See. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Servicepersonal im Restaurant sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet, TV, Einrichtung selber ..... - man kommt sich eher wie in einer Jugendherberge vor, als in einem 4 Sterne Hotel.Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich! Samstag wurde um 8 h schon rasengemäht und rasen gestutzt - extrem laut! |

Aufbau Hotel ist sehr gut gemacht. Gepflegtes Zimmer und Wellnessfazilitäten machen Aufenthalt zu einer guter Erfahrung. zB nach Ausflüge mal eine Stunde schwimmen oder ein wenig saunieren. Am Abend hat es im Hotelbar nicht Happy Hour gegeben und drei Kerzen haben gebrennt statt auf allen Tische eine Kerze. Mehr Stimmung reinbringen. D.h. at each table one candle is burning from 21.00 - 23.00 damit Hotelbar mehr persönlich wirkt |
