The Hotel Elisabeth in the Kitzbühel Alps is only a short walk from the center of Kirchberg. It offers a large spa area with indoor and outdoor pools and fine cuisine. Een heerlijk hotel, met prachtige luxe familie kamers. De twee persoons kamers zijn klein maar netjes. Geweldige voorzieningen, mooi zwembad, sauna complex en welness, speelkamer en bios voor de kids. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en het 5 gangen diner is ook uitstekend en gevarieerd. Om 15.00 staat er ook nog een buffet klaar met koffie/thee en gebak! De skischool naast de deur is alleen voor beginnende kleine kinderen, verder moet je met een bus naar de lift/skischool. Dit is prima geregeld en met afdaling 39 ski je zo naar het hotel. Top vakantie gehad.

Alles wunderbar, insbesondere der Wellnessbereich und das Essen. Die zimmer entsprachen sicher nicht einem 4 Sterne-Standard. Es war weder Minibar noch Safe vorhanden, Fernseher sehr nostalgisch und klein.

Es war ein perfektes Wochenende für mich und meine Tochter. Im Hotel und besonders im Zimmer war die Raumtemperatur zu hoch und konnte nicht individuell verändert werden.

Der schöne große Wellnessbereich, das Ambiente, Vesper Kaffe und Kuchen am Nachmittag kostenfrei Das Abendmenue. An zwei Abenden nichts besonderes für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.Abendessen am 31.10.11: 2 Scheiben Carpaccio vom Hirsch. Suppe, Salatbüffet und Brotauswahl. Hauptgang: Schweinefilet (man bekam ein Medaillon mit einem Eßlöffel Gemüse) oder 3 Ministücke Fisch . Das das Hotel am 20.11.11 für zwei Wochen schließt, waren die Küchenvorräte wahrscheinlich aufgebraucht und was neues wurde nicht gekauft.

Wellnessbereich ist super. Essen sehr bemüht aber der Geschmack fehlt. Regionale Küche wäre angebrachter. Bemüht moderne Speisekarte aber der Pfiff fehlt. Zu kleiner Barbereich aber supernette Barkeeperin!!!! Essen sehr bemühlt aber die klingenden Namen allein sind es nicht wenn der Geschmack und der Pfiff fehlt. 3 Tage Fisch als Hauptgericht sind leicht übertrieben und die Vorspeise auch noch mit Fisch! Keine Trinkmöglichkeit im Schwimmbereich?

Sehr sauber,freundlich und zuvorkommend,guter Service und ein Lob an die Küche.Auch das zweite Mal, für uns tip-top. Der Zimmersafe fehlt leider, aber man kann Wergegenstände an der Reception abgeben.

Location Where to start!!! Didn't arrange taxi at airport which had been confirmed over email. We asked for difference back and were told by the receptionist that she would have to pay as it was her mistake. We wouldn't take the money off her and she wasn't allowed to give the managers details! Spoke to reception manager who was rude and said 'this is a family hotel'...they don't treat their reception staff like it is. Double rooms are small, too hot and have paper thin walls, moved and the second room was slightly better but still not a 4star or good value for money. Best advice I can give is don't stay here!!

This is a beautiful hotel, with an emphasis on the spa. The lobby is comfortable, and since this is the only place you can get online, that is important. It's located south of town near some ski lifts, away from the hubbub of the village. The walks along the creek and views of the mountains are wonderful. The breakfast buffet was extensive. I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. For the money, the room, which was unnecessarily a suite, was not expecially comfortable. The bed was a platform and the pillows were not very supportive. This is the only hotel in two weeks in Austria that did not have a shower curtain, and we had problems getting enough hot water. Another problem was no wifi signal reaches the rooms, it is only available in the lobby, and it costs extra. Also, it was a long walk to get into the village to browse around, and parking in the village was hard to find. We were in Kirchberg to see friends, and I think we would stay somewhere nearer the village next time.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, kleinen Portionen, aber es wird dem Gast gesagt, daß er mehrere Portionen bekommen kann. Nicht nur bei der Hauptspeise, auch bei der Vor.- Und Nachspeise. Die Getränke haben sehr moderate Preise.Frühstück sehr reichlich.
