This is an apartment within a camping park. I did not expect this given the description on Bookings.com. However, after some initial confusion, this turned out to be a good thing. There is a man-made lake with many swimming opportunities for the kids. There are laundry facilities, too, to get you dirty clothes cleaned. A fun place for kids. The apartment is well-equiped with a full kitchen, so you can make your own meals. Great views of the mountains above Innsbruck.

I was surprised that the park is mainly a camping resort. It is a bit remote and far from stores, but within reach of Innsbruck. A bit confusing to get into.

We wanted a nice place to spend 2 nights before going to Italy (Venice). Everything was fabulous and we would have liked to be able to stay longer. The place was not too busy as it was the end of April, and it was easy to take a bus and visit Innsbruck as well as just relax or walk in the countryside near the lake.

Amazing location with excellent service. Delightful dinner & breakfast. One of the best stay I had in Europe till now...

The staff were professional and excellent in their service.

This is not a usual hotel as it caters more for caravan. You need a car to stay here.

Sehr schöne Lokation!

Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war sehr unangenehm. Ich konnte beide Nächte nicht durchschlafen und wachte alle 2 Stunden auf um mich um zu drehen.

Отличная гостиница, номера, персонал. Не к чему в этом плане придраться. Есть парковка (за шлагбаумом).

Не самое удобное месторасположение.

E' comodo sia per sfruttare la struttura, sia per visitare Innsbruck che dista 10 minuti di auto.

l'orario ridotto della reception, ho avuto un problema con il wifi (la linea si è interrotta dopo 3 ore sebbene ne avessi acquistate 5), ma dopo le 18.00 non c'è più nessuno.

la pace e la serenità.....gentile lo staff, impeccabile la pulizia..

Mi è piaciuta la sistemazione in un appartamento grande e confortevole.

La salita da compiere in macchina per arrivare giornalmente all'appartamento; se non sei in possesso di una macchina 4x4, con la neve che cade quasi ogni giorno, è un grosso problema affrontarla.

Il personale è stata molto disponibile sin dal momento della prenotazione quando c'è stato un disguido con la carta di credito da parte loro.Ci siamo subito messi in contatto via mail (ho parlato con la signorina Katharina che è stata gentilissima)e nel giro di qualche giorno si è risolto il tutto. Il prezzo dell'appartamento comprendeva anche le pulizie finali(ho letto qualche commento sotto che alcune persone si sono lamentate per un extra di €40 e facendoglielo presente anche a loro per capire se erano comprese o no, mi è stato detto che ora hanno già un prezzo tutto incluso comprensivo di pulizie, infatti così è stato). L'appartamento era pulito; la cucina con I pensili, microonde, frigo e lavastoviglie. Il bagno pulito con I teli e una doccia grande. C'è un autobus che gratuitamente ti porta alla stazione di Innsbruck, ma per tornare indietro la sera abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi perchè l'autobus non è passato. Comunque se si è in gruppo come noi, per il taxi dalla stazione fino all'hotel chiedono circa €20,00 che divisi tra tutti diventa poi 5€. Il posto fa la sua figura,ma penso che in estate sia ancora più bello. Abbiamo fatto solo un weekend, ma è un posto da tornarci presto!!

Di negativo non trovo niente, a parte il piccolo particolare del caffè a 2€ nel bar!!

buon rapporto qualità prezzo. a 5minuti di macchina dal centro di Innsbruck e immerso nel verde.

il letto era rotto, sotto abbiamo trovato un bel calzino oltre che molta polvere... peccato, perché nel complesso è una bella struttura.

08 ноября 2012 при бронировнии номера была заблокирована сумма стоимости отеля на карточке, 17 ноября 2012 при выбытии отель списал с карточке сумму за проживание, сегодня 15 декабря 2012 - сумма блокировки до сих пор не возвращена на карточку. Деньги гуляют где-то больше месяца, а в режиме реального времени эти средства в пути очень даже могли пригодиться.

A 10 min da Innsbruck, posto immerso nel verde in riva al lago, ottimo per famiglie con bambini. C'è un servizio navetta gratuito che porta in centro a Innsbruck. La ragazza alla reception è molto gentile.

Le camere nella depandance sono un po' vecchiotte

Lokation is great and staff is very felpfull, very nice place to stay only 8km from City centar, very easy to get in to the town with a car. peacefull und pleasnt place to stay. Breakfast was exellant....
