Private bathrooms come fitted with a shower. Ferienwohnung Deml has a common room with table tennis and a nice garden for relaxing, playing and outdoor cooking. You can also park for free on site. A traditional restaurant and beer garden can be found opposite the property at Gasthof Dorfwirt. Lake Achensee and Achensee Golf Club are both 20 minutes by car. Really clean and new apartment (2013 Feb visit). Quiet and easy to access from Insbruck highway. Good parking space and definately value for money! Skibus access not really working. You need car here, but connection to other villages in Zillertal valley is fast by car.
