It was just like a family home environment. Our host was excellent. We had great communication. They are very friendly and totally accommodating in many ways. The apartment was 100 percent equipped with all the extras from the kitchen to the bathroom.

We liked everything about this property. The owner was very very helpful and accommodating, he went way more than the extra mile to make our stay the best ever, there was everything we needed and much much more. The property was absolutely amazing, very spacious with so many facilities it was unbelievable. The outside patio area was just beautiful and very relaxing with lovely seating area, music if wanted and lovely solar lights. Thank you very much Alfred your apartment is an absolute gem.

The flat is clean, cosy and equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect, not far away from Traunsee and close to hiking trails. The owner was so helpful and kind that we would love to come back in the future.

Came for4 days stayed for 7 exceptional property but the real jewel was the host who could not have been more helpful he truly cares about his property and his guests everything is considered and included as well as a vegetable garden. If you are looking for a sterile soulless hotel room with a bed chair and shower this is not for you. But if you want a true Austrian experience in a warm and cosy apartment you have found it. We were staying for almost 2 weeks and felt like a fairytale. Quiet location, big apartment with everything you need - comfortable bed, a lot of sheets and towels, many kitchen utensils, cosy couch with big tv, terrasse, washing machine, dishwasher, good internet connection - and so much more. The words can't describe how wonderful this place is. There are so many things inside that make you feel welcome and you feel as it is your home. Alfred was very attentive, helped with information and I could contact him every time when I needed something. If I could I would stay for much longer. Thank you, Alfred, for making our stay so wonderful. I hope we will come back once more.

Auch Sekt, Wein, Kaffee.... Alles was das Herz begehrt. Wintergarten vorhanden. 1 überdimensionaler Fernseher im Wohnbereich sowie einer in Wintergarten und Schlafzimker. Musikanlage verfügbar. Tolle Küchenausstattung mit drei Kaffeemaschinen.

Strávili jsme zde dovolenou již podruhé a byli opět nadmíru spokojeni. Hostitel je moc přátelský a ochotný se vším pomoci. Byt byl krásně čistý, postele velmi pohodlné a navíc nám hostitel připravil nějaké ovoce, čokolády a mnoho dalšího :-) Mohu jen doporučit, opravdu není co vytknout.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Der super nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Herr Gugglberger war super. Er hat uns kostenlos Sekt, Wein und Bier hingestellt. Auch weitere Lebensmittel wurden ohne Bezahlung angeboten. Zu unserem Hund war er auch total nett.In der Wohnung war alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Gmunden und auch ein Supermarkt waren fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Herr Gugglberger hat uns sogar seine Parkkarte für die Tiefgarage in Gmunden kostenlos gegeben. Sehr nett.
