Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta- laukut kannettiin huoneeseen ja myös huoneesta pois ja kaikkiin kysymyksiimme paneuduttiin kunnolla ja vastattiin kunnolla. Kylpyhuoneen suihkutila epäkäytännöllinen ja hankala- vedet valuivat joko suihkuseinän raosta lattialle tai ikkunalaudalle. |

Sijainti oli hyvä, ja pysäköintitilan saatavuus oli suuri etu. Myöskin hissi oli hyvään tarpeeseen ylimmän kerroksen huoneeseen kulkiessamme. En pitänyt siitä, että päivällisruokailuun piti varata etukäteen annokset erittäin suppealta, toki päivittäin vaihtuvalta ruokalistalta. Siksi söimme ensimmäistä iltaa lukuunottamatta päivällisemme muualla. |

Hyvästä tunnelmasta, mainio palvelu, ystävällinen henkilökunta, keskeinen sijainti, toimiva huone, suuri ravintola, lähes suomalainen aamiainen, runsas päivällinen. Joskus liika kohteliaisuus/ ystävällisyys menee hotellin työntekijöiden kohdalla liian pitkälle. Jos suomalainen sanoo, että ei kiitos, emme tarvitse kantoapua, niin vielä kolmesti kysytään... |

Very friendly staff especially Monica at the restaurant is a treasure! No airconditioning in the rooms so you had to leave the windows to the main pedestrian road open. Very noisy. |

The breakfasts were great, couldnt have had better & the staff were extremely helpful no tea making facility or air conditioning in the room. It could be quite noisy @ night but i wouldn't let that put me off, you can get that any where & its not the Hotel's fault! |

Food Hotel Fisherwirth was certainly a four star hotel twenty years ago. Now it is not any more : rooms are small and their furniture outdated. As there in no AC in the rooms, windows must remain open and therefore it's quite difficult to sleep because of the continuous noise coming from the street. Actually the hotel is located between two streets and the attractive garden/yard one can see on the internet picture of the hotel is not a garden or whatsoever but a pedestrian busy street. That picture is quite confusing. They have also a parking but though you have to pay for using it, you may face overbooking and be blocked by an other car when trying to get out. |

I am sorry but I did not like the hotel at all , it wasn't cofortable for me , the rooms , the noise of the people in the street , the plates in the breakfast area were not clean |

Breakfast Well the hotel is in downtown Zell am see, so at night you will not be able to go to bed early because of the noise. The car park is in another hotel, so you will need to carry your luggege for more than 100m untill you get to the hotel. This was my honeymoon trip, and the double bed with 2 matresses was not comfortable at all. |

The accommodation was good and the meals were excellent. We purchased half board and enjoyed a large substantial breakfast buffet every day and a 3 course dinner, with the choice of 2 or 3 entrees, for dinner. Internet was available in the lobby and the staff spoke English and was most helpful. Also - this is a non smoking hotel (rooms, dining room) - a rare find in Austria! It's location is on a pedestrian walkway - can be noisy at night. It was hot when we were there in July, and a fan in the room would have been appreciated. We either had to try and sleep with the windows open and put up with street noise, or keep the windows closed and put up with a hot room. |
