La piacevole e facilmente accessibilke ubicazione centrale in zona pedonale. La cortesia e disponibilità del personale. La possibilità offerta dall'albergo di vicino parcheggio gratuito privato. Quattro stelle appaiono eccessive. L'albergo necessita di ristrutturazione almeno parziale. In 5 gg. di permanenza non è mai stata cambiata la biancheria del bagno. E' possibile cenare nel ristorante dell'albergo solo fino alle ore 20,00. E' il primo albergo estero dove nella prima colazione non è compreso il caffè espresso che ho dovuto pagare a parte. |

Gentilezza del personale, ottima sistemazione, ottima posizione Peccato non vi fosse un parcheggio gratuito , abbiamo dovuto mettere l'auto ,se pur vicinissimo all'hotel, a pagamento... |

Pet-friendly hotel, which was a nice plus. Excellent breakfast, that obviously caters to Anglo-Saxons (bacon and eggs!), Very central location in town, public parking nearby. |

A very comfortable hotel excellently located in the centre of the town near restaurants and just 5 minutes walk from one of the main gondolas to the piste (City Express). Staff were very exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Not particularly modern but very functional. The lift is functionable for moving luggage but small for every day use but plent of stair access. |

The staff are amazing there, they really go out of their way to help you - would definitely stay here again. Nice rooms, nice sauna, and the hotel is right in the middle of town near everything you need. |

So central easy walk to all shops, cafe and transport links, the people are great. The hotel smells of smoke because people seem to smoke everywhere, however I think this is due to the fact that you can smoke anywhere in Austria and no specific to the hotel, and you really feel it as we are not used to it anymore. |
