Location right over the road from the ski bus stops. Excellent ski storage and access thereto. Good standard of meals and buffet breakfast. very friendly and helpful staff.

Meal service very slow when kitchen understaffed once or twice a week. Waiting staff placed in a very difficult position trying to passive a hundred customers when limited kitchen staff on duty. A better roster system needed

High quality rooms and facilities Fantastic welcoming and relaxed bar/snug really made the difference it not just being a hotel room you stay in

With that many skiers the hotel should run a shuttle bus for guests

A little bit of a walk from town ...

The rooms looked beautiful and the spa area was relaxing (although disappointing that there wasn't an actual spa, but rather a variety of saunas).

The staff were quite rude and arrogant. They never wanted to help, and they often made snide jokes when we asked for information about the hotel and the town. The beds were also quite unimpressive for a luxury hotel. The double bed was separated with two, very thin single mattresses on a solid wood base. We went with another couple and none of us had a good night sleep.

Everything the staff of all premises the front desk the housekeepers the bar the morning breakfast and the sauna staff.hope will come back shortly

No information was provided by hotel in room or reception either about hotel facilities or skiing - I had also asked in advance for a room with a bath and we were given a shower room, and emailed for details of ski hire etc and none were provided until we arrived and asked. The hotel info on booking.com suggested this was available at reception - but we had to walk to town to organise. Still unsure as to why the hotel had a courtesy bus as we were never offered the use of it to get to the ski lifts. Nice hotel with very pleasant staff but seemed disorganised.

I liked almost everything about the resort. Great spa, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff and the location is excellent as well. Ski bus right across the street and a short walk to town. Excellent gourmet food.

The only thing sadly lacking is that the staff REALLY need to be trained on how to wait tables in the dining room. Many times there were extremely long waits for the next course. And several times even if you did tell the staff what you needed they wandered off and didn't return for long periods of time. Then another staff member would come up and ask you the same question. Very frustrating. Service in this area sadly lacking, you can't have everyone serving all the tables. Each staff needs to be assigned certain tables so they can keep track of what the people need and get it to them quickly. If the menu is the same for everyone then I can't understand why there was such a long wait in many cases. There should be plenty of everything ready to go in the kitchen, so why the long waits?

Der Ort selbst und die ganze Gegend.

Das Personal war Leider sehr unmutiviert.Sehr schade,wirft Schatten auf das Hotel,würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.Wir sind sonst immer im Schweitzerhof top Hotel da paßt wirklich alles.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, tolle stylische Atmosphäre. Klasse Frühstück. Kommen garantiert wieder, hoher Wohlfühlfaktor.

Excelente hotel. Magnifica atención, cálida decoración toda en madera y bien combinado con elementos modernos. Situado enfrente de la estación de tren de kitzbuhel.

Por poner algo, que esta separado de las pistas y tienes que coger un autobús que tarda 30' en subirte.

Service im Speisebereich etwas unorganisiert ... aber sehr freundlich!

Hotellet var helt fantastiskt! Rummen var jättefina, maten och frukostbuffén fantastisk, personalen var otroligt trevlig och spa avdelningen var väldigt fin, välskött och avkopplande. Skidbussen stannar precis utanför hotellet och man är i backen på bara ett par minuter. Det ligger ca fem minuters promenad från stadens kärna med butiker, pubar etc. Rekommenderar detta till alla som ska till Kitzbuhel, oerhört prisvärt och jag kommer definitivt att bo här igen om jag åker tillbaka. Boka!!

около отеля останавливается "лыжный" автобус. приятный персонал.

Беспроводной интернет далеко не везде. до подъемника надо ехать минут 15 на автобусе. Отсутствие бассейна.

Der Einrichtungsstil und der SPA-Bereich

Die im Badezimmer mangelnde Möglichkeit zum Abstellen für Kosmetika, Bürsten, Fön, etc. Ich war mit einer Freundin im Hotel wir mussten unsere Utensilien am Fußboden abstellen :-( PS: Bei der ersten Frage, fehlt eine Option. Also ich bin nicht in Gruppe gesreist sondern wo angemerkt mit einer Freundin!!

beim Abendmenü hätte die Küche ein wenig mehr Kreativität und Abwechslung bieten können. Die Fleischspeise war an 3 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen vom Huhn!
