l accueil a été excellent les chambres réservées très propres dommage que les miroirs des portes d'armoires soient cassés le petit déjeuner peu copieux par rapport à son prix buffet beaucoup trop éloigné de la salle de restauration personnel occupé à d'autres tâches dans l'hôtel salle de bains non équipée de savon shampooing etc...... |

The staff were friendly, decor was modern and very clean, balcony overlooking the river created a nice atmosphere, breakfast buffet was good. |

Clean, good size bedroom and bathroom. Very quiet despite location opposite Railway Station. Very good breakfast choice and excellent service possibly the best I have experienced on continent. No a'la carte menu in summer so had to go elsewhere to eat; however good restaurants in town within walking distance. |

Fine hotel in quiet location.Breakfast was excellent. It lacked atmosphere.The hotel was in darkness every night we returned from town.No bar facility after 10.oc each nite.No dinner menue available in English |

The personnel was exceptionally friendly. We liked to stay in the hotel very much and will come back the next time we are in Kitzbühel. |

The only point of possible improvement can be adding more English- language tv channels in addition to cnn and bbc News chaannels. |

This is a fantastic hotel, from the minute we walked in the door and greeted with champagne we were treated to 5 star service. The rooms were excellent and very comfortable, the restaurant was lovely and after staying in hundreds of hotels in many countries I dont think I have ever been as impressed with the level of service offerred by the staff in this hotel. Thre was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel |

no jaquzzi without buying a massage pack, at this type of hotel it should be free after a days skiing. |

The hotel was beautifully designed. Each member of the staff was more than hospitable. We'll definitely plan to visit Kitzbuhel again and stay at the Hotel Astoria. |

i was greeted with a glass of champagne; they offered their reception computer for me to use as i hadn't brought my laptop; very accommodating and friendly staff (especially when i made a mistake with my booking); room huge (in the new section); breakfast and dinner was excellent; not a far walk from the kitzbuhel city centre; hotel located directly across from the train station, so excellent WIFI in the lobby area only |

A great value for the money. The dinner was a 6-course, fine cuisine dinner every night. The breakfast was excellent too with a chef cooking eggs on demand. The staff was friendly. The sauna was wonderful with 3 different levels of heat and a nice relaxing area. It is coed however so be prepared! (no clothes seems to be the norm) The room was very clean. The room was a bit small. The bar area is a smoking area and the smoke contaminates the other areas (lobby and parts of the dining room). You can even smell the smoke from the other rooms. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede ruime en nette kamer. Hotel op 10 min lopen van centrum, dichtbij het station liggend in een rustige omgeving. Prijs/kwaliteit is goed en aanbevelenswaardig. Personeel doet er alles aan om je thuis te laten voelen. |

Kostenloser Parkplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel, Frühstücks-Eier auf individuelle Bestellung, sehr schöner Sauna-Bereich, nette Zimmer mit neuer Einrichtung, Balkon, äußerst gemütliche Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Die Öffnungszeiten vom Sauna-Bereich sollten länger sein. |

hotel molto moderno, camere arredate con gusto in funzione della località, accettazione e personale di servizio ottimo, la colazione all'altezza per la categoria del hotel. mancanza di un parcheggio gratuito nonostante che hotel ha grandi spazi di proprietà, il centro salute chiuso, anche se mi è stato offerto la possibilità di fare la sauna con 30/40 minuti di preavviso. |

Am neuen Hotel Astoria Kitzbühel hat mir das Retro-Ambiente gefallen, das trotz aller Schlichtheit viel Stil und Gemütlichkeit hatte. Man fühlte sich in die Zeit Toni Sailers versetzt. |

Vasútállomás mellett van és mégis csendes. A szoba egyszerű, barátságos, sok a fa burkolat. Új építésű, tiszta. Mivel közvetlenül a gyors folyású folyó partján van, ezért a tágas erkélyről a víz kellemes, pihentető látványt nyújt. |
