l accueil a été excellent les chambres réservées très propres dommage que les miroirs des portes d'armoires soient cassés le petit déjeuner peu copieux par rapport à son prix buffet beaucoup trop éloigné de la salle de restauration personnel occupé à d'autres tâches dans l'hôtel salle de bains non équipée de savon shampooing etc...... |

This is a fantastic hotel, from the minute we walked in the door and greeted with champagne we were treated to 5 star service. The rooms were excellent and very comfortable, the restaurant was lovely and after staying in hundreds of hotels in many countries I dont think I have ever been as impressed with the level of service offerred by the staff in this hotel. Thre was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel |

no jaquzzi without buying a massage pack, at this type of hotel it should be free after a days skiing. |

The hotel was beautifully designed. Each member of the staff was more than hospitable. We'll definitely plan to visit Kitzbuhel again and stay at the Hotel Astoria. |

i was greeted with a glass of champagne; they offered their reception computer for me to use as i hadn't brought my laptop; very accommodating and friendly staff (especially when i made a mistake with my booking); room huge (in the new section); breakfast and dinner was excellent; not a far walk from the kitzbuhel city centre; hotel located directly across from the train station, so excellent WIFI in the lobby area only |

A great value for the money. The dinner was a 6-course, fine cuisine dinner every night. The breakfast was excellent too with a chef cooking eggs on demand. The staff was friendly. The sauna was wonderful with 3 different levels of heat and a nice relaxing area. It is coed however so be prepared! (no clothes seems to be the norm) The room was very clean. The room was a bit small. The bar area is a smoking area and the smoke contaminates the other areas (lobby and parts of the dining room). You can even smell the smoke from the other rooms. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. |

Sale comuni, area wellness e buona cucina. Servizio reception, camera e ristorante buono. Il rinnovo pubblicizzato riguarda solo l'ala principale dell'hotel. Le altre parti sono vecchie e squallide. Il parcheggio ospiti è un campo di fango e sassi.Il bagno della camera, se pur in buone condizioni, era davvero piccolissimo, di dimensioni ridicole (1x2 circa), quasi inutilizzabile. |

Manca una buona gastronomia Ho dovuto lasciare l'hotel a causa dei disservizi tre gioni prima,pagando una penale di 300,00 euro.E' Vergognoso!!!!!!!!! |

Die Küche und das Service in diesem Haus ist sehr gut, die Leistungen in diesem Hotel können durchwegs als gut bewertet werden. Ein neu renoviertes Hotel mit alten Fenstern welche eine Schallisolierung einer Gardine aufweisen ist für ein 4* Hotel ein absolutes No-Go, vor allem wenn man das Zimmer auf die Straßenseite Richtung Bahnhof hat, das Abluftrohr der Küche vor dem Fenster starke Rausch-Geräusche produziert und sich der Hoteleingang genau vor dem Fenster befindet. |

Fantastisk dejligt nyrenoveret hotel, men stor comfort og renlighed.Flertallet af personalet forsøger virkelig at gøre deres bedste for gæsterne.Da vi havde problemer med støj i værelset pga en nylig defekt varmebeholder i badeværelset blev vi ved henvendelse til receptionen straks anvist et nyt værelse, samt kompensation på 20% og gratis spa behandling for 2 af os 5 deltagere. Personalet i restauranten har alt for travlt med at blive gjort færdig ved måltiderne, vi var flere gange udefor at de tog vores tallerkener ud før resten af vores selskab var færdige med at spise. |
