The staf is very kind The key of the hotel is old standard, I leave the my kids room open in the night for that I cant lock it from out side and they inside ? the percfast it is fare but not excalsnt.. Internet not working |

It is a quiet location, still close to the city center. The hotel staff is very nice and ready to help you. It hasn't minibar or refrigerator. |

The location was very good for seeing the city---you could walk to the train, gardens and old town. The hotel had free access to a computer. The breakfast room was very nice as was the daily buffet breakfast. Rooms on the street side of the hotel were noisy. Try to stay in a room facing the garden. |

Le camere della struttura sono particolarmente belle e romantiche, la colazione è sufficiente-mente abbondante e buona, l'unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è il parcheggio dove loro si appoggiano, qualora fosse tutto pieno bisogna arrangiarsi in un altro parcheggio a proprie spese e senza sconti. |

boa relação custo x benefício, próximo aos jardins de Mirabel e Congress hall, 15 min de caminhada até o centro. (cost/proximity to the center and congress hall) solicitei um dos quartos temáticos, porém ao chegar no hotel soube que não havia disponibilidade. (asked for a theme room, but wasn't available when we arrived at the hotel) |

El personal muy amable y el desayuno excelente. Está en un barrio tranquilo a 10 minutos a pie del centro. Las habitaciones con moqueta gastada y un poco pequeñas. Y el baño diminuto. No se correponden con 4 estrellas. |

Dieses Hotel werden wir unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Sehr guter Service, nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Toll wäre kostenloses W-Lan gewesen. |
