Good, clean, close to metro Clean and comfortable room Good breakfast
all very good
Very well run hotel. Everything was perfect and staff was very nice and friendly. Restaurant serves very good food. Great location close to Rathouse and U-bahn station.
Minor inconvenience is parking which is 200m away.
Location (close to center/Subway). room, view from room (had a luxury room on top Floor with view!) Breakfast was great Would definitely come back here
Location Personnel in the breakfast room very kind
decoration too flashy (too much gold) Components of breakfast too sweet (e.g. fruit salad, muesli) Specks on the wall of the toilet Booking of conference room did not go smooth
Comfort of bed addition to location made this property excellent choice to stay in vienna ,specially for business group who need being central and abit luxury
Cold in room, no garage this is not hotel with 5 stars
The hotel was near the Rathaus metro station just 2 to 3 min walking distance. The location of the hotel was great as you can reach mariahilfer shopping street in around 13 min and district one in around 18 min walking. The breakfast had a wide variety plus the hotel staff were very friendly.
The hotel was in a good location and the room was quiet and comfortable and clean and tidy.
There are a few little things wrong with this hotel i.e. room service order on 3 occasions was incorrect, no sugar or milk with our coffee, no butter with our bread, incorrect order etc. Although not big issues just irritating.
The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is plentiful and of a good standard and the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive.
Parking is at an offsite location and it can be a challenge to temporarily park in the side street while you check in. The shower cubicle in the centre of the bedroom is great for couples but not necessarily for friends sharing a room!
So easy to access the delights of Vienna. We could walk to most tourist locations. There were lots of great eating spots nearby. The room was very quiet.
The carpets needed replacing. The dish washer needed repairing. Some breakfast plates were unclean.
Loved the spectacular breakfast buffet, which was included. Waitstaff also brings made to order eggs/ omelettes (delicious, and at no extra charge). They had excellent coffee/cappuccino/ latte too. I also liked the European style windows in the Guestrooms (they open from the side or the top). Very nice to be able to let fresh air in. Another plus was that our room was wonderfully quiet. No distracting noise from hallway or other rooms.
I did not like the fact that there were no doormen at either of the hotel's entrances -- there were no bell hops, either. (I found this very odd for a 5-Star hotel.) I also did not like the attitude of the staff at the front desk. No eye contact, no smiles, and any request for additional explanation or assistance was met with exasperation. It was as though we were bothering them and keeping them from much more important business. (Honestly, what could be more important than their guests?) Although the all-glass shower did not bother me too much, I definitely felt a lack of privacy, and having to close all the curtains before showering was a bit of a bother.
The waiter at breakfast is so energetic and attentive. Choices are okay. Hotel room was fantastic.
The receptionists are not attentive and tend to be rude. Such ashame for a 4 stars hotel
Rather unfriendly... will understand what i am trying to mean once you get there.
Carpet in hallways was very dirty, but everything else was great.
breakfast wss very good
Bed was not very comfortable but the room was lovely
location, convenient, clean, friendly
AC in the rooms take time to change to hot or cold
staff at the reception, breakfast. don't order a taxi at the reception
the rooms were large and stylish, nice to have some space and quality fittings in a new hotel, hotels facilities were good, breakfast great and overall provided a nice end to our travels
difficulties in english translation with a number of staff, proved challenging in communicating with some aspects of stay.
Excellent room, excellent facilities.
Even on the 4th floor you wake up at 6 am for the tram. The hotel is on a very noisy street.
design, value and comfort
very good location for business and leisure travel. Recommended!
The Fleming Breakfast is always excellent , we have stayed at Flemings Westbanhof on three previous occasions so we sort of new the very high standards kept by this hotel group . The Staff are always very helpful and friendly and all speak very good English , you always make our stay very comfortable .
Bedroom decor and carpet looked a bit tired , beds were very uncomfortable but my suite other guest !
Lack of essentials (toothpaste. Had to ask twice) Lady staff not very friendly. e.g. I asked for a bottle of water during breakfast but was refused. When I offered to pay, I was promptly given a bottle. Instead of refusing it would have been decent to mention that I can buy the bottle! Delayed pickup. I had to call from airport despite the advance booking.
The hotel is located reasonably close to the center and close to the underground station, which enables you to easily reach all parts of the city. The breakfast was great and diverse. We had problems with the wifi in our room, so we were upgraded to another, large room - actually a suite, which was very comfortable.
The shower is located in the middle of the room. This seems to be the "gimmick" of the hotel, but may be a problem depending on whom you share the room with.
