Fleming's Hotel Wien Westbahnhof

Το πρωινό πολύ καλό,το προσωπικό συμπαθητικό.Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο,πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό λεωφορείων από και προς το αεροδρόμιο(35' και εισητήριο 6 ευρώ) και στη στάση του μετρό U3,U6.Η γραμμή U3 σε πηγαίνει στη κεντρική πλατεία του Αγίου Στεφάνου(5 στάσεις).Επίσης στα 300 μέτρα βρίσκεται η οδός Mariahilfer,πολύ εμπορικός δρόμος!

Η θερμοκρασία των δωματίων ήταν πολύ ηψηλή,τουλάχιστον για τα δικά μας δεδομένα!Το ασύρματο Internet είχε προβλήματα,μια λειτουργούσε και μια όχι!Εμάς δεν μας πολυενδιέφερε,αλλά αν κάποιος επισκέπτης ήταν για δουλειές και χρειαζόταν το Internet,τότε θα είχε πρόβλημα!

Good breakfast but poorly-trained restaurant staff.

The hotel was very nice, near to the Western rail station, near to the city center. The room equipment and glass bath-room are very impressed and made the stay at the hotel noticeable and funny.

The main problem was, the hotel had charged 50 Euro per day at the credit card and now 2 weeks after my stay at the hotel I did not get my money back.

Nice and modern room design (furniture, shower, ambient lights) and cleanliness. The staff was helpful and polite, no language problems. Substantial buffet breakfast, wide selection. Good location (close to the Westbanhof and the underground stations). I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Long waiting time at breakfast (only 3 waiters for the whole restaurant).

Superb Hotel with excellent Staff. High Class design and comfort, perfect breakfast. Metro station close to the Hotel with good connections to the City Center and Exhibition I would reccomend this Hotel to anybody who does not want to stay in the more expensive City Center.

Rather stressed/grumpy Receptionist ( Night and following monrning). Busy hotel and not enough staff to sort out tables for breakfast

Convenient location, easy enough to reach from the airport. Modern athmosphere in the hotel.

Front desk staff not enthusiastic to help, not friendly at all. Would put me off staying there again. Other staff passable.

Excelent cost x benefit. Close to the banhof.

This is a very nice business hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. They even packed me a lunch on the last day as I had to leave before breakfast would be served.

As a solo traveler on holiday, I would usually prefer to be in an area where I feel comfortable coming and going at night with at least some good dining options in the vicinity. That may even have been the case but the staff weren't keen to volunteer information so I took the U-Bahn nearly everywhere. And one particularly unfriendly staff member gave me a map on my first day - in Russian.
