In front of station and close to the center of the city. Car Park is a bit far and difficult if you are alone, driving, having lots of bags and it is raining. |

The hotel was very nice, near to the Western rail station, near to the city center. The room equipment and glass bath-room are very impressed and made the stay at the hotel noticeable and funny. The main problem was, the hotel had charged 50 Euro per day at the credit card and now 2 weeks after my stay at the hotel I did not get my money back. |

Nice and modern room design (furniture, shower, ambient lights) and cleanliness. The staff was helpful and polite, no language problems. Substantial buffet breakfast, wide selection. Good location (close to the Westbanhof and the underground stations). I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Long waiting time at breakfast (only 3 waiters for the whole restaurant). |

The location was perfect for our needs with easy access to all transportation links. Staff were most helpful and the inclusive buffet breakfast was not to be missed. The fitness and sauna facilities were a much welcome addition to our package as well. |

Superb Hotel with excellent Staff. High Class design and comfort, perfect breakfast. Metro station close to the Hotel with good connections to the City Center and Exhibition I would reccomend this Hotel to anybody who does not want to stay in the more expensive City Center. |

Hotel is on the excellent location for shoping, city tour or like we stayed spending one night after a koncert. Entrance to the hotel on the busy road with the parking either on the pavement or nearest hotel garage (100m) |

Convenient location, easy enough to reach from the airport. Modern athmosphere in the hotel. Front desk staff not enthusiastic to help, not friendly at all. Would put me off staying there again. Other staff passable. |

Loved the breakfast, relatively good spread. Dinner was great too. Must say breakfast & dinner staff were very hardworking and helpful. Room was comfortable. Wished that the hotel was located more in the city centre. |

Its close proximity to the train station; important as we arrive from Prague and depart for Munich by train. The glass bath cubicle! The power operated blind and window that opens both ways. The slick bathroom fixtures. Boutique sized and modern feel of the overall hotel. |

This is a very nice business hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. They even packed me a lunch on the last day as I had to leave before breakfast would be served. As a solo traveler on holiday, I would usually prefer to be in an area where I feel comfortable coming and going at night with at least some good dining options in the vicinity. That may even have been the case but the staff weren't keen to volunteer information so I took the U-Bahn nearly everywhere. And one particularly unfriendly staff member gave me a map on my first day - in Russian. |

We liked it because it was reasonably central, but at a distance for a peaceful room. Close to the Westbahnhof. The staff rating would have been excellent if it was not for one member of the breakfast staff, who was rude and off-hand. |

The hotel was conveniently located for us (close to 2 subway stations and tram lines). A bit far, but one can walk to the historic downtown (about 20 minutes walk). The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower configuration didn't bother us and was in fact an interesting experience. Service was average. I had an issue when wanting to cancel the last night of my stay. The staff wanted to charge me for that last night, argueing that Booking.com was going to charge them anyway. I didn't agree but they didn't want to do anything more about it. So I called Booking.com's customer service, found out that the hotel couldn't do what they were about to do. The Booking.com's agent even called the hotel and straightened them out! So, Booking.com service = top notch, Flemming's hotel service = average. Also, the room we had was quite small. There was only one chair (at the desk), so we couldn't both stay comfortably in the room, and wound up spending our evenings in the lobby of the hotel (where I could plug my laptop in). |

A lovely luxury hotel with a fantastic shower..... Out of the city centre so really nice just a short trip on the subway to the city.... close to the north International station which was fab. |

The staff are very nice and helpful. The drainage system of my bathroom did not work so good and the staff arranged another room for me. Very good breakfast. Nice location, near the train station but still very quiet. The drainage system of my bathroom did not work so good. No electric kettle for making tea or coffee in room. |
