The hotel is located close to the city centre and only 1 min walk from a direct bus link to airport. It is clean, has a modern decor and good amenities. Although it located on a main road, the rooms are sound proof with curtains that block the light and a good night rest is guaranteed! It would have been nice if there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

It`s near StadtHalle (we went for a concert), modern and clean facilities inside, nothing was out of order, shower cabin in the room, very good breakfast, excellent espresso in the bar... Parking in front of the hotel is on the sidewalk, 95% german channels on TV. |

Hotel design is overall quite appealing, and the shower cabin solution in the room really takes the cake. Location is also quite good, not in city centre, but in walking distance from a major subway/tram station. The restaurant is VERY GOOD! I was truly impressed by the Chef’s work. |

Location is convenient, very close to a major train station and to a metro station. The city centre is just within 3 metro stations. Hotel room was quite dusty on our arrival. |

best internet rate price according to the value, lowest price on booking.com only (89 eur a classic room breakfast including, instead 132 on official internet site or on the other internet operators), very frendly staff, breakfast good enough, nice room, average space in the room, mariahilfer strasse in 3 min, design hotel, quiet rooms, heating/cooling air condition ok, no car parking, too little pillows, hard to find a place in restaurant from 9 to 10 in the weekend mornings, 2 km far away from stephan platz, no pen or pencil in the room, not a first class hotel. |

Checking in was possible, though we arrived a bit earlier. The location beside the station and Mariahilfer Strasse was good and the connections were good. The staff was able to answer all the questions regarding sightseeing. No possibility to wash hands in the toilet(room). "An aquarium" middle of the room as a shower was not very nice solution. More hooks for towels would be good. The air of the room was humid and stuffy. The staff served well, but not allways in a very friendly way. |

The room was very nice and quiet, despite the hotel being conveniently located near a major station. The restaurant was efficiently run, and did a very fine breakfast buffet. The free wireless failed to work correctly most of the time during my stay. |

Excellent value for money - at least during the period I stayed. Appealing design, excellent breakfast buffet. Restaurant serving a delicious lunch. I stayed first time in a Flemming Hotel, was very positively surprised. No seperate bathroom (at least in the room I had - Single Superior). Shower cubicle in bedroom is sexy but may not appeal to everyone. Washig facilities are a bit squeezed in. |
