the hotel is really nice , clean , comfort , staff was wonderfull , very helpfull , the girl who works in the reception was like our mother : ) she was very helpfull and told us alot of good info. the hotel has a good view of the mountains of st. wolfgang which is a magical place . i recomend this hotel and also i recomend renting an electric bike from the hotel and biking in the middle of the mountains and the lake and up the hills really very nice .

the hotel is near the center of the village ab. 5 to 10 min walking but the problem is that u have to go up the street like a hill but its a street so with bags it will be hard . the hotel must do an idea of having a golf car or any shuttle ride from the center of the village to the hotel even if it will be not free but affordable maybe like 1 or 2 euros . the reception desk works from 7 am till 7 pm and then close which is not good , i think the reception must work 24 hrs or at least till 12 at night . take care of the weather there u have to do a good search for the weather and make sure that u r going in the summer and it will be sunny and no rain to enjoy hiking up the mountains and riding cable cars up to the mountains to enjoy the views from the top .

cleaness of hotel it was spotless and ceaning staff very good

most nights after dinner was served all the staff including bar staff dissapeared and locked up at 8pm. could not geta drink after that. find it strange that we were locked in at night with no staff??? dinners very dissapointing

Fabulous forsterhof! Friendly efficient staff. A talented young chef who cooks traditional austrian dishes to perfection. Superb room- lovely views. Good value for the quality.

The hotel is located in a beautiful city next to a very beautiful lake. The hotel is somewhat out of the city center an requires a walk to visit cafe or shops. Breakfast in the hotel was acceptable.

Warning: we booked a room in a 4 Stars hotel, but it was a real trap!! We got rooms in a part of the hotel that didn't deserve even 2 stars, a real disappointment !! Be aware! After many complains we were offered a room in the main building which was much better, still not 4 stars, but we were asked for additional payment! Which we had to pay because we couldn't leave without loosing all the payment for the 3 nights. The staff at reception were and not very responsive, and we were told that the hotel manager is on vacation and there is nobody else we can talk to.

very nice hotel. the rooms are nicely decorated with wood which gives a warm atmosphere. breakfast buffet was very very rich lots of eggs, cheeses, breads, home made gems, vegetables, fruit, truly a very rich breakfast. also dinner was excellent. good location 5-7 mins from the center.

everything lovely staff and hotel quiet location at st walofgang. Food was delicious.

Stayed here because it had late rooms available. Lake side garden was very pleasant although about a 15 minute walk from hotel.

A tired hotel that needs updating. Threadbare towels. Lots of cooking smells on 2nd floor. Room not cleaned on 2nd day of our stay.

Прекрасный отель, в маленьком городке на озере. Очень уютный, чистый. Номер у нас был с балконом, в сторону озера, красивый вид. В номере оригинальная кровать круглой формы! В отеле тихо и спокойно, вкусные завтраки, ежедневная тщательная уборка.

Некоторые услуги, заявленный в описании отсутствовали - например лежаки на пляже, принадлежащем отелю - сказали - рано ещё, не сезон.

Kam mit meinen beiden Hunden und wurde sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch das Zimmer war super.

Das Essen war mittelmäßig, entsprach in keinster Weise des Niveaus eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Auch gibt es keinen Promenadenweg nur für Spaziergänger, überall Autos.

Sehr schönes, komfortables Zimmer mit Flach TV und Rundbett, der Balkonblick in die reizende Landschaft ist einmalig, das Haus ist auch im Winter voll frischer Blumen und vermittelt Frühlingsstimmung, das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltigst und das Personal ist zuvorkommend um jeden Gast bemüht, ein Geheimtipp für Romantiker und Genießer!

Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht. Das Haus ansich war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Für ein Haus dieser Kategorie keinerlei erwartbarer Service: Reception schließt um 18 Uhr ohne ausreichende Hinsweise darauf (Zimmerschlüssel sind eingeschlossen - Personal musste im Nachbarhaus gesucht werden nach Hinweis von einem Bürger) Candle-Light-Dinner fand ohne Kerzen und ohne entsprechende Atmosphäre statt. Trotz hohem Preis mäßiges Angebot. Bedienung erfolgte hektisch, da wir um 21.30 Uhr bereits das Restaurant verlassen sollten. Unseren Dinner-Wein tranken wir dann in einer eiskalten, da unbeheizten Lobby aus. Alles in allem extrem unerfreulich für ein Haus dieser Kategorie.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage zum Ortszentrum, kostenloser Parkplatz, Zimmer ausreichend groß und sehr sauber, schönes Ambiente im ganzen Haus, Frühstücksbuffett ansprechend

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel passt so manches nicht: nicht ganz astreiner Teppichboden im Zimmer, keine Hausschuhe, Fernseher mit nur 8 Programmen (soll nicht ausschlaggebend sein), Bett sehr hart und etwas durchgelegen

Optimale Lage direkt zur Schafbergbahn und keine zwei Minuten vom Wolfgangsee entfernt. St. Wolfgang ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. TOP Lage und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig.

Minden tetszett, mindennel elégedett vagyok.

на ресепшен часто никого нет подолгу. интернет не работал в течение всех трех дней, пока мы там были, наверное его не было ни до ни после. вида на озеро нет и близко. взять в аренду велосипеды тоже не вышло, потому что их мало и они постоянно заняты.
