Location

Very dirty curtains (probably never washed). A drop of oil on the hinges and door handles will help tourists to sleep better.

We hav't been informed about car park if should be payed or not, and therefore we receive a penalty, and communication through email is very poor.We let money to 1 of your receptionist to pay the car park penalty and we stell dont know if was payed or not.But apart of this everything was perfect and we strongly recommand this hotel for short or long term stay

The hotel is located close to the city center. The rooms are not very large but clean. Furniture is OK, people are nice and helpful. Good value for your money.

good location, close to metro

Unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff - made me miss my train because they didnt know how to work the eftpos machine, crowded breakfast room - only 5 tables, key was broken in fridge door, bathroom smelt like sulphur and half the bed collapsed when i sat on it (and im not particularly large)
