Franz Pension Hotel  

Nice location, close to the town hall (Rathaus) and kings palace Hofburg - just 1-2 minutes walk.

Old building, old rooms. Third floor, you have to use elevator to reach the hotel. Poor breakfast.

It is a very nice cousy hotel with a good location, at the center of the city. I woul recomend this hotel for families with small kids, and for the young couples. The personal is friendly, rooms clean, and really no-smokers.

It has a old Vien mood, but less comfortable. The price/quality is satisfactory, however the breakfest should have more choices and instant coffee shoud not be served as a coffee.

This is a hotel past it's prime, however, with work it could be restored to it's former glory. It has a wonderful location, lots of old world charm, in need of lots of small fixes and updating. We opened our windows to a Parisian style balcony with a view of a Gothic cathedral in downtown Vienna and adorned by huge cherub statues. However, the balcony itself had a lot of rust, exposed electrical wires and was in need of structural repair. Definitely one of the least expensive hotels in Vienna and a good value for the money.

The hotel is in need of a major overhaul. It is shabby-chic without too much chic. Wish I had the euros to buy it, it is a goldmine waiting to be returned to the old world charm it wants to be.

Very friendly staff. Not noisy. Close to city center.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just one block from the metro/bus station. The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was great!

When I was leaving, I asked for a taxi at the reception. The driver was an atendant from the hotel and the car wasn´t a taxi. We had payed more for that service, it wans´t honest.

The position of the hotel is very convenient and is close to most of the city attractions.

Достаточно небольшой номер годится для остановки на 1-2 дня. Немного скудные завтраки.

Ottima la posizione per visitare Vienna sia a piedi che con I mezzi pubblici. Struttura in stile (palazzo vecchio ma hall e zone comuni veramente tipiche) Pulizia sufficiente, stanze ben riscaldate, colazione buona. Staff disponibile ma potrebbero migliorare

отель понравился, близко к центру 10 минут пешком..номера чистые и очень хорошая звукоизоляция, все номера были заняты, но мы ни кого не слышали. отель расположен в старинном доме и поэтому интерьер холла и лестниц соответствующий....хороший завтрак...нам всё понравилось..

номер в отеле очень маленький и тесный....

положительно - только месторасположение. до площади св. стефана - 15 мин.

отлель явно для бюджетных туристов или для пенсионеров. номера старые, ремонта не было 100 лет. сантехника 50-х годов. все скрипит, стены тонкие, с дырками. телевизор с диагональю 30 см, таких уже давно не выпускают. в этот отель необходимо приходить только на ночь, часов в 10- 11 и уходить сразу после завтрака. красивые вазы, деревянные комоды и картины в небольшом холле - это ширма общей неухоженности.
