The breafast lady was nice-everything else, very ordinary They advertise a 4 bed room after emails and phone calls to make sure it was a 4 bed room they put me and my 19, 21 and 22 year old sons in a double bed and a fold out lounge.- they were disinterested and unhelpful. would not recommend. Also only just scrapes by on cleanliness.....only just. |

Friendly staff, helpful. Good breakfast buffet spread It had an underlit, gloomy atmosphere. Room furnishings a bit tired and well-used. Basic and adequate facilities but nothing exceptional. |

Nice flair, close to the city center, ideal connection to public transportation. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone looking for hotels with fair rates. |

The location of this hotel was good, transportation was easy to find to everywhere. The walls were thin so the talking from the other rooms was easily heard. |

Location is very good. Breakfast is fine, even some basic selection of cold cuts. Double bed is big and comfortable, although it had foot board, so for those of you with long legs, it might be a bit uncomfortable. Very poor lighting in the bathroom. just one small bulb fixed to the wash stand. they have a small fridge with a bottle of water but i could not find an opener anywhere. |

Excellent proximity (2-3 minute walk) to public transportation (U2 line; Schottentor/Universitat). 4-5 minute walk to University of Vienna, Votive Church, or Freud's home. Wonderful front desk personnel. Safe, secure neighborhood. Overall very reasonably priced base from which to explore Vienna, as well as Bratislava, Budapest, and all the other places we found to enjoy. As typical for European hotels, no a/c, but enough fans to keep even us spoiled Americans cool :-) |

Great location. The pension is done out of an old very large apartment and still keeps some of the initial decoration and atmosphere. The business is not design to host the whole capacity of the pension - it was hillarious they did not have enough vessel for everybody for breakfast. |

Central for sightseeing, clean value for money ,good basic hotel for a city visit. Staff very helpful. Room for breakfast very small and cramped,hotel looks tired and in need of a makeover. |

The breakfast and the price. The location is very good also! Needs renovation. Urgent!!! The beds were old and the toilet needs to be redone - the sink was always full. Can be better with some investments and has a big potential! |

Das Hotel macht den Eindruck eines Stundenhotels, es ist alt und verstaubt, die Zimmer sind mehr als abgenutzt und auch nicht besonders sauber, kaputte Glühbirnen, Spinnweben an den Leuchtern, nicht funktionierende Fernseher um nur einiges zu nennen, ich war absolut schockiert. 3 Sterne sind völlig überbewertet. |
