Peacefully situated and overlooking the Zillertal valley, the Alpine-style Gästehaus Rieser is 2 km from the Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal ski resort and 8 km from the Zillertal Arena ski area. It offers wellness facilities for a surcharge. Wi-Fi is in the entire property and for free. The wellness area comprises sauna, infrared cabin, hot tub and sun bed facilities. Children can also benefit from a playground in the garden, which includes a swing and a slide, a trampoline and a sandpit with toys. A rich breakfast is served in the mornings and snacks are available in the evening, while beverages can be enjoyed throughout the day. All rooms at the Rieser Gästehaus have a balcony with a picturesque mountain views and are rustically decorated with wooden furnishings. They also come with satellite TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The free ski bus, which goes through the Zillertal valley, stops in front of the house. The view is indeed great on the Zillertal Valey close to the forest. There is a lot you can do in Zillertal valley. The hosts are friendly. The food quality at breakfast is good and everything is fresh. The hosts speak only german. If your german is not good you will have a difficult time asking for something. The location is 3 km from Ried center so a car is mandatory. The breakfast is not open buffet and the ammount of food you receive is small.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, goede ruime kamer, lekkere bedden. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen! Ontbijt op tafel geserveerd maar ook prima. 'S avonds kun je perfect iets eten in het pension, heerlijke huisgemaakte pizza's en apfelstrudel. Komen zeker nog eens terug Skibus gaat alleen ' s ochtends 1 keer en ' s middags 1 keer dus je moet wel je auto meenemen naar het dalatation.

Das Gästehaus Rieser zeichnet sich durch seine familiere und freundliche Bewirtung aus und kann von uns auch auf Grund seiner Lage 300m über dem Zillertal nur empfohlen werden. Wir haben noch richtigen Service nach alter Schule erleben dürfen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an die Wirtsleute. Helga und Klaus Putzke aus Prietitz in Sachsen

Leuk, gemoedelijk pension. Typisch Oostenrijks ingericht, degelijk, maar verder keurig. Een ouder zorgzaam en bovenal vriendelijk echtpaar dat samen het pension runt. Prima ontbijten en een kleine Imbiss intern met kleine maaltijden, waaronder een huisgemaakte pizza. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het pension ligt buiten het dorp, op een berg. Heeft een lange, smalle bergweg als toerit. Kan bij veel sneeuw lastig te bereiken zijn.

Het echtpaar Rieser is echt super vriendelijk en gasvrij. Alles kan geregeld worden als je het vraagt. Doen alle moeite om het iedereen naar zijn zin te hebben.
