the half of the hotel we were in had no lift, fortunately we were only on the first floor, also we had not realised that it did not have a bar which was a little inconvenient as we did not want to go out in the evenings after a long day sught seeing |

Location is great, not to far from the center, in a quiet area, with bus and tram stations very close, nice garden to drink your coffee in the morning, very comfortable room. |

It was handy for everything taking the 74A bus, I would recommend buying a Vienna Card,/ Wien Carte Not sure the orange Juice was real but otherwise the breakfasts were fine.There was no internet in the room. |

Breakfast was good, nice food; rooms were clean and the stuff were reasonably helpful. It was further away from the city centre than I thought it would be, the bus 74B was there appr. every 5-10 mins and less frequent in the evenings. The walk from the nearest tube was about 7 minutes. Overall, the location wasn't the best ever, but considering value for money it was fine. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to a single girl planning to come back late in the evenings. |

There was only one internet station and that had some connection problems - timely access is necessary for flight connections and ticketing purposes. |

The hotel is nicely located, closely to a bus stop. The room was clean, the breakfast (included in the hotel price) was abundant. A lack of refrigerator. |

Good value for single rooms.The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and looked as if they were recently refurbished. There was a very good choice of food for breakfast. no bar or restuarant in hotel and a little too far from the centre of Vienna |

The hotel is so quit and area nearby is silent as well. S-bahn is not so far to reach and only 5min on foot. Nice breakfirst of buffet offerred. No free internet. 2.5 Euro for 30min is much more expensive. |

Good location, easy access to public transportation, the room was good, confortable to park the car inside - but a little expensive. Only a small problem has happened. The water wasn't flowing correctly on the floor during the shower, so after a few minutes the water was overflowing out of the cabinet. |

Good parking, good approachable, fine breakfast and we had no problem with late going to hotel. The receptionist woman did not understand what does it mena 'late check out'. |

Spacious, beautiful room, excellent breakfast, even 5 minutes before closing time of breakfast: large selection still present. In the weekend we parked the car for free on the street just before the hotel. There was no lift. |

Location is good and breakfast is great. The room is clean but is very old. For example, the curtains are not white. They are old and grey now. One more thing I didn't like is TV program. There are no common Austrian programs watched such those who have "Caffe plus" in the morning. |

very convenient location - straight connection from westbahnhof; tram 18 stops almost in front of hte hotel. u-bahn is 3 tram stops away with direct line to the center and many easy connections. nice buffet breakfast with good selection of cold cuts, excellent breads, cereals, etc. |
