We liked everything. A quiet, big and very clean room overseeing the garden, great breakfast, very helping staff. Great location - 4 tram #71 stops to Belvedere and 6 stops to city center, subway is nearby too. Gas station is just 5 minutes walk - and this is very important because it's the only place where you can buy food (including baby food) and drinks on weekends, holidays and at night in that country. One day the dining room was overcrowded - it was a holiday, so make sure you go to breakfast early if you're staying for some holiday. Also the ground floor room doors are located halfway between the elevator and the dining room so you can hear guests go there starting at 7am but we didn't care since our baby wakes up just at that time.

They moved me from bad room in the front building to a better room in the back building. - first room was noisy (busy street just behind the windows, closing windows did not help) - first room let light from street lamps through in the room - second room, after moving, was under the roof, very hot without air-conditioning

Friendly and polite hotel stuff, really large and clear rooms (at least the triple that we 've had), very good breakfast, good location almost in the center of the city.A cool and honest hotel in Wien and excellent value for money too. We strongly recommend it!

1. It was so close to my school. 2. Good and friendly staff. 1. I didn't have refrigerator in my room. 2. Cleaning at the room was not properly done. 3. At breakfast, always tea, coffe and hot milk were not hot.

Airport you can use s7 and drop off at Rennweg sta. And walk around 10mins from that station. Freindly staff. All of staff in hotel very nice and freindly. Small room but comfort for us. This hotel in not near any famous place but easy to use Bus, Tram to any place (just take Bus # 74a, Tram # 18 and walk to hotel only 1min.) Near Bus terminal to outside vienna. Variety of breakfast. You can enjoin your breakfast more and more. Nice breakfast room. Free internet access near the breakfast room If any chance to visit vienna, this hotel is 1st to select. The wall is not clean but I think hotel on processing to renovate.

Everything was ok,very close to the center of the city.there is parkplace,but its 10 eoro per day. If your stay is during the weekend,there are free pakplaces in front of the hotel The receptionist wasnt polite at all ,and at the restaurant the staff is looking in your hands what you are taking for breakfast

The hotel is good - the raport price -quality it is correct. At 100 m near hotel is bus station who go in U-bahn. The staff is friendly, breakfast is variety and good. In room was very clean and bathroom are very good. Wi-fi is just in reception. Recommand wi-fi in the rooms.

Location was good, and the lady at reception was very polate about parking.Breakfast was good. The celaning lady forget toilet paper, so we must call her at the reception. Photos of room are not same as it is in reality. And I didn't see garden at all ( maybe because of winter).
