We actually felt quite comfortable. Once in the rear building of the property and dining area is kept immaculately clean. The breakfast was better than expected (judging by the hotel) we had selected this hotel because we could car parking was available at a fair price. The u bahn was a bit of a hike but we could get anywhere, quickly. Longest wait 4 mns.

The hotel foyer looked very grotty and gave us a very uncomfortable feeling and if we could have, we would most likely have gone somewhere else immediately. The first impression was a contrast to the cleanliness the rest of the areas portrayed. Apart from one of the bedroom walls being full of black scuff marks (about which we complained to the initial receptionist who simply said "Sorry"), the floor and bathroom and white bedding was immaculate. Info was lacking from the initial receptioniste and we did not think to enquire again with someone else because on the last morning we discovered we could have taken a tram (nb 18 ) right at the next corner to the u bahn, knowing that, would have been a great help as the walk at the end of a day was very tiring. Once you get to the station, it takes nothing to get anywhere easily

Very comfortable room, large bathroom, not too noisy location, within walking distance to U-bahn (metro), perfect location for both sightseeing and shopping, excellent value for money.

The parking place is relatively small and it it is annoying to pay parking in the street each 2 hours.

We had a total of four adults (two parents and two children, aged 20 and 17) travelling together and couldn't afford two rooms. This hotel was a great option for us, since we all could stay in the same room for a decent price.

The location wasn't great--a long walk to the U-Bahn station--but for the price and amenities, it was definitely worth the walk.

We spent one night on the way to skiing in the Alps. Staff was very friendly and nice. The room was clean.

You could see the wear and tear on the furniture and carpet, they were old, tired and old fashioned. The same applies to the bathroom, although it was clean it was old and tired.

Only one thing: there were dirty walls in the rooms

The hotel was very affordable for a week's stay during New Year's in Vienna. The location was one subway ride away from the historical central areas. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the free breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very helpful with directions and concert tickets and suggestions.

Our "double" room consisted of one single bed and one sofa, and the pillows were not very good. However, the bathroom was clean and spacious, and since we were not spending any time in the room except to sleep, we were not unduly inconvenienced by this.

Very nice hotel, nice staff, good value for price

We booked a triple room as I was traveling with my girlfriend and my mother and it was perfect. They had two single beds stuck together and another single seperately.

They claim to be 10 minutes from stephenplatz...but that's by car. It's a 45min walk...we did it...twice!

Its comfort, location and sevice quite good for staying some days in Vienna.

We were surprised by the size of the room given to us. Very big, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is within a walking distance from the closest underground station and it has the bus stop in front of it. very helpful for those who want to explore the city and to use the means of transport. rich breakfast and very helpful staff. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.
