The room is clean and service is good. I catch up with the first train to airport so I choose it. It's about 15 minutes to walk to the train station. |

Nice big quiet familyroom overlooking the garden. Easy acces to city and airport. Comfortable beds and very good breakfast. Small bathroom, but functional, so ok. |

It was conviently located in Vienna close to trams, buses and the Metro. Eating establishments nearby left something to be desired. |

The girl with blue eyes in the reception. Very friendly and helpful. Very dirty rooms, except for the sheets. There was a blood stain in the restroom wall. Old and dirty carpet and curtain, a real problem if you are not used to live in a filthy place. Furthermore, the hotel have too buildings, one of them with lift, and the other one just stairs. If you have luggage or any other problem with stairs (handicapped, old people, families with little children...), be sure you´ll have a room in the right building. And take your time to clean your room by yourself, of course. |

The hotel and the breakfast was ok, but to my mind it was too far from the city centre. It wasn't pleasant to walk from the Subway station to the Hotel in the dark. |

The hotel location is quite close to the city center. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There were free parking places in the area. The hotel room was very clean and the morning snack was delicious. I'll come back for sure. |

We took a family room (2 adults, child, baby) and got a very big and comfortable room + entrance. It was very comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast was great. Location was OK (needed the tram for the train station), very helpful and smiley staff. It was a (too) short but very enjoyable stay in Vienna. No elevator. Although there were not many stairs, and we could leave the baby's stroller downstairs.. |

Good price and very helpful staff. Excellent public transport to the inner city and other venues. The rooms facing the garden are very quiet. Mediocre breakfast buffet. |

My room was bad last time but this time it was very nice, cosy and very very restful. Tv programs options are bad. Light tumbler is upword head in bed, so light goes off/on very easylly during the night. Bathroom and room accesorize are poor. |

The hotel is perfectly clean, just shabby. Breakfast very good. This hotel is just adequate. Staff quite rude and disinterested. Although the hotel is clean, it is quite shabby and in need of some refreshing and repairs, e.g. the shower head in my bathroom was broken. Also, it is situated quite far away from the centre. The area is quite deserted and, as a female alone, this was not a comfort. I was there for work and some colleagues found accommodation much more centrally and for around the same price. |

Very good breakfast, clean and spacious room, helpful staff. Staff gave controversial information about parking on the street (whether you need to pay for it or not and for which period) |

Everything to our expectations. Large spacious room. Although no AC, rooms are very well ventilated. Supermarkets close by for those staying for some days. U bahn quite a distance away if you are travelling with heavy buggage. Would have appreciated WIFI or WLAN in room. |

well placed. Close to touristic places. Good breakfast. Clean. There is no minibar in the rooms, there was no air-condition either. We had to open the windows. The room was very noisy and we couldn't sleep at all. There is no lift in one part of the hotel. |

Actually I didn't like my stay there and it was a wrong decision to choose this hotel. The room was smelly, everything stunk of smoke. The "white" curtain was grey and very dirty and once you opened the window you could never close again. The bathroom was fusty. The receptionist was too busy to be attentive and helpful. |

Reception was always manned and theassistance and guidance was good. We had a family room which was a good size for 2 adults and 2 children, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The furniture in the bedroom was old and basic, however the bathroom had recently been refurbished with modern facilities. Breakfast was acceptable. Bus and underground connections to the city centre were good. While the private car park was very secure, it was small, with only 8 spaces available. |

There was no AC but this is the 1st hotel I ever visited that provided a fan in the room. This was more than suitable to keep the room cool. A cheap hotel that provided a decent breakfast and nice, clean facilities - my single room was small, but was suitable for my needs. I had my credit card stolen at a nearby internet cafe. I got zero sympathy or even assistance from the lady at reception in the hotel when I went to ask her where the nearest police station etc was - all she cared about was whether the hotel would get paid. Maybe it was due to language problems, but I would not return to that hotel for that reason. For the record, do not use the hotel's internet. Turn right and walk about 50 metres and you get internet for about 1 euro per hour - just keep an eye on your wallet! |

During our stay for 4 days, the room was very comfortable and everything was pleasant. The breakfast was also very good. The second stay for two days was not enjoyable because the room was cramped and the bathtub was dirty and it had no shower curtain so the floor got wet every time we took a shower. |

the half of the hotel we were in had no lift, fortunately we were only on the first floor, also we had not realised that it did not have a bar which was a little inconvenient as we did not want to go out in the evenings after a long day sught seeing |
