There is a nice garden in the back; the bed had heated mattress; the bus stop is right in front of the hotel; the hotel is very silent; personnel is helpful and speaks English; they offered us free maps of the city, guides, and bus timetable; Wien Card was available to buy at the hotel; the wireless internet works OK even in the room. The distance to the city center is little over 30 minutes (by bus + underground), but may be compensated by free private parking which we wanted.

The room was on the second floor, large, bright and clean. The breakfast was great, and the staff very pleasant. The travel time from city was quite long - about 20-30 mins, taking account of timing between buses/subway (but it was one of the last hotels available in Vienna when we booked). Footsteps in the room above were audible in our room, but otherwise pretty quiet at night.

The bungalow is not far from the hotel, very closed to the bus station (1 min walk), quiet place. The rooms are big, kitchen is well equipped.

All staffs are very friendly and kind. I was put in the very neat and wide room and had fabulous relaxed time at room. The hotel is located a bit suberbn area of Vienna. However, closest underground Ottakring station is the terminal and you must not miss it. Vienna is relatively small town and easy to understand the whole underground railways. Thus, there were no problems regarding the transportation. Good staffs and great relaxation at this hotel.

L'appartamento non si trova nei pressi dell'Hotel, ma più vicino alla fermata della metro Ottakring. Appartamento tenuto bene, pulito, spazioso, cucina attrezzata anche con lavastoviglie. Non c'è lavatrice. Da fuori il palazzo non è il massimo

Mir gefiel sehr gut das Umweltbewusstsein dieses Hotels sowie das morgendliche Bio-Frühstück im gemütlichen Frühstücksraum. Das Bett war sehr gut, ich habe gut geschlafen. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster konnte man die Morgensonne über Wien sehen, abends die Skyline. Mein Zimmer war einfach, aber es war sauber. Auch der Frühstücksraum war sauber und gemütlich. Es war verhältnismäßig ruhig und die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr war mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel hervorragend, selbst am Wochenende fuhr innerhalb kurzer Zeiträume regelmäßig ein Bus Richtung Westbahnhof mit sehr guten Weiterverbindungen z.B. in die Stadt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur kurz entfernt vom Hotel gab es die Möglichkeit, abends in einem Heurigen-Lokal zu speisen.

Hotel wurde wegen Aussicht auf Wien ausgewählt - war nichts - Aussicht auf Mauer im Erdgeschoss Im Gegensatz zum ersten Mal vor 2 Jahren, waren wir diesmal nicht zufrieden! Die lauten Geräusche der Zimmernachbarn mitten in der Nacht war nicht zu überhören! Die Küche und anderer Wirtschaftsraum lag im selben Bereich, zum Zimmer ging man an Küche vorbei Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss - Aussicht auf Mauer! Nichtraucher Zimmer Anforderung wurde ignoriert! Fremde lange schwarze Haare auf Bettlacken und in der Dusche! Personal an Rezeption war nicht kompetent!

Месторасположение можно оценить только попробовав добраться до центра. Машину поставили на гостиничную парковку( бесплатно) и ни разу не взяли. Остановка автобусов напротив отеля. Добираться до центра и до интересных мест удобно. Очень понравилось. Чистый новый номер. Wi-fi работал хорошо, Шумно при открытых окнах подушки маленькие принадлежностей для душа никаких, рядом нет кафе( через три и более остановки автобуса) хотя нам не помешало. Завтрак не брали- посчитали дорого-15 евро с чел за ночь. Завтракали в центре. Магазинов нет никаких, даже продовольственных. Фен выпрашивали целый час- принесли времен прабабушки. Программ тв на русск нет, Но все это мелочи и придирки.)))) удобно добираться- и это все перечеркивает.

die lage ist rechtgut und auch soweit ruhig. das frühstück ist ordentlich für das gebotene ist dieses hotel devinitiv zu teuer. ein preis von ca. 60euro wäre angemessener. eine empfehlung kann ich nur eingeschränkt geben.

Wir sind auf sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter getroffen,die uns in alllen Fragen behilflich waren. Lobenswert ist das tolle und vielseitige Frühstücksbüfett. Als Autoreisende war für uns der Parkplatz auf dem Hof sehr angenehm. Die Entfernung ins Stadtzentrum war auch kein Problem. Die Matratzen der Betten müssten mal erneuert werden.

das Frühstücksbufett, die Mitarbeiter und die Betten waren gut. Das Hotel ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ein Lift oder Treppenlift würde der guten Bewertung das i-Tüpfelchen aufsetzen
