Only a 5-minute walk away from the centre of Söll, this hotel is just next to the cross-country ski run and the ski bus stop. Hotel Gänsleit offers comfortable rooms with bathrobes. You have the choice between a balcony and a terrace. A sauna, a bio sauna, 2 steam baths, a hot tub, a solarium, and a fitness and massage room can be found in the new spa area. Hotel Gänsleit features a traditional restaurant and a cosy lobby with an open fireplace. In summer a terrace, a garden with a natural pond and a waterfall, and a children’s playground are available. The ski bus stops in front of the hotel every hour. The slope then takes you right back to the hotel. Warm welcome by owner on arrival. Spa facilities immediately offered. Changed to half board and had excellent meal. Recommendations for restaurants in village were also made available and we were told about events happening in the village that evening (which we thoroughly enjoyed) On return to the Gansleit a good chat with the family over several beers- glass kept full by Steve's father in law. Slept comfortably and had a full and varied breakfast. Had to decline the offer of a round motorbike tour of Grossglockner pass as continuing journey home. Maybe next time - very good company. Many Brits return year after year, proof of quality of hospitality. Excellent position for both winter and summer sports and relaxation. Whilst improvements have been made downstairs and outside, the bedrooms remain somewhat dated. No air conditioning or bathroom extraction. No Wi-Fi.

Hotel a conduzione familiare; i conduttori sono persone disponibilissime e simpatiche. Ottima prima colazione ;fanno anche ristorante. Per le moto non c'è garage,ma si adoperano-se minaccia pioggia-di sistemarla al riparo di qualche balcone. INFO:quando si arriva alla rotonda di ingresso a Soll,non prendere la strada col sottopasso che va verso Kitzbuhel;ma quella parallela,senza uscita,che porta alla caserma dei pompieri.A 100 m.c'è l'Hotel.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und nett, die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr gut, das Hotel insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Absolut zu empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein dürfen. Wir fanden es unzeitgemäß, für das Surfen im Internet mit dem hauseigenen Computer zahlen zu müssen (5 Euro/Std).
