The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was large, comfortable and very attractive. The hotel is a beautiful building only a short stroll to the lake and very close to the old town and cable car. The hotel breakfast was very good and we would like to come back and stay here again.

they accept cats, this is very important, and cats doesn't pay more. the staff is very kind, beautiful hotel in the centre of Bregenz, very near to restaurants and in front of the lake.I don't know why someone wrote in these feeedback that there is not the elevator, because of couse there is! breakfast is super and I appreciate room facilities so much! when we leaved they gave us a lovely gift. thank you so much, hope to come back soon! unfortunately there is no a private parking but exactly in front of the hotel there is a car parking

Hotel bastante acolhedor e simpático. Pequeno almoço excelente e com muita variedade. Quartos bastante quentes. Hotel very warm and friendly. Breakfast excellent, with lots of variety. Rooms very hot. Tenho apenas uma coisa a assinalar: quando fiz a reserva, estava indicado que teria uma cama de casal extra grande. No entanto, deram-me um quarto pequenino, com uma cama individual. Ainda referi esse facto na recepção mas disseram-me que os quartos individuais eram assim... Como o quarto e a cama eram bastante confortáveis e iria passar lá pouco tempo, fiquei. Mas gostei bastante da estadia. I have only one thing to note: when I booked, was shown to have an extra large double bed. Howeverthey gave me a little quarter, with a single bed. Also mentioned that fact at the reception but they told me that the single rooms were like that ... As the room and bed were very comfortable and would spend there a short time, I stayed there. But I really liked the stay.

Et til prisen ganske udemærket hotel meget centralt i Bregenz. Jeg boede der et par varme dage, hvor man var nødt til at have vinduet åbent det meste af tiden - og så er der altså nogen støj fra gaden. Men sådan er det jo nu engang ofte, hvis man vil bo centralt i en by...

Sa localisation idéale en centre ville. Le confort des chambres. L'amabilité du personnel. L'entretien des chambres laisse parfois un peu à désirer. On sent que la dame qui s'en occupe n'est pas tout à fait assez attentive.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, bright and clean. in the rooms there are the pots and the kettle to get the tea or coffee. when you arrive, the receptionist welcomes you holding you hand, a rare thing now. The breakfast buffet is very good and plentiful. The hotel enjoys a wonderful view, lakefront, and is located in the city center. very important thing: contrary to what I read on another review of booking.com, the hotel has an elevator. I'm going every year for Easter, traveling with cats, who are welcome and stay free. I will continue to strongly recommend this hotel.

la cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Una colazione abbastanza varia in un ambiente confortevole. Il secondo letto in camera aveva il materasso decisamente troppo molle per adulti. In mansarda se piove si sente molto il rimbalzare dell'acqua sui davanzali e nella doccia l'acqua calda non arrivava in modo costante per tutti. Nei piani inferiori situazione migliore.
