No complaints here - had a very pleasant saty - highly recommended. Did a 4 day Easter ski trip. The Hotel was clean and had all the basic amenities (internet was fast which was great because had to work), the Entrasser family friendly and helpful and the location very good for Kitzbuhel skiing (free car parking a bonus). Overall, fantastic value for money.

Klaus (the owner) knows all about skiing in Kitzbuhel and is very keen to share the information with his guests. The skiing area is great. Hotel is 2 mins walk from 3 ski-bus stops!!

We spent four days in the hotel and we were satisfied. It´s close to city center, no problem with parking, skibus stops nearly in front of the hotel.

Satisfactory breakfast.....Taking in consideration that everything is way too expensive in Kitz maybe the price allthough far from best value for money...

Swimming pool freezing cold water, i left with a low back pain even though i didnt hurt my back during skiing (very bad quality of beds and mattress)...

- The stuff was very friendly - I loved the warmth of the hotel - Everything was so clean - The location is very good, considering the fact that the hotel is only a 10minute walk from the city center. I would definitely love to stay there again.

Staff excellent. Very helpful throughout the stay (Thanks Klaus). Location is good, 10 min walk from centre of Ischgl. Free ski bus leaves from outside the hotel. Alternate option is to get a taxi, €2 per person. Good breakfast, rooms clean and modern. Sauna and swimming pool in the hotel. Room for leaving ski gear. Price very competitive. Breakfast very good. Could avail of showers and storage of luggage after check out on final day when we returned from the slopes. Would highly recommend this place.

We stayed with our small dog and there was no problem, the hotel has a large garden. The room was very clean with a very modern bathroom.

The location is convenient but non ideal for walking as it is on a major road.

The location suited us perfectly - there's a fifteen minute walk to the centre of Kitsbuhel, but that's no problem. The rooms are great. They all have a balcony, they're spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are very good. Price is good for the area. It's very near to three or four supermarkets.

Lovely clean room and nice bathroom in a beautiful character building. Staff were incredibly helpful and directed us to the cable cars and to a particular restaurant I had booked. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Parking was a breeze. Overall it was excellent value for money. I only wish we had planned to stay longer.

The main road can be a bit noisy but it's location made it very easy to find.

A clean, comfortable attractive chalet hotel on the outskirts of the delightful ski and mountain resort of Kitzbuhel in the Austrian Tirol. It has a pretty, traditional, Austrian style interior wich makes you feel you really are somewhere different from home. The staff are unusually friendly and helful, particularly Claus who was on duty most of the time and was always ready to assist us and to enjoy a joke. Beautiful new shower rooms and roomy bedrooms with views to the mountains. Very nice breakfasts. A pool and fitness area under the ground floor. On good bus routes into Kitzbuhel and cable cars in one direction, and to Plas Thurl and the mountains in the other. Plenty of parking. A really enjoyable and excellent value stay. Thank you.

The only small problem is that the hotel is on quite a busy road, but the efficient double glazing ensures that the rooms are absolutely silent ensuring a good night's sleep. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and would visit again myself.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly atmosphere. Large buffet breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Short 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Piccolo ma accogliente Hotel a conduzione familiare molto pulito, ordinato ed economico. ottimo per sciatori visto che lo Skibus gratuito ferma proprio di fronte. C'è anche una piccola piscina coperta e la sauna per il relax apres-ski. A 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Kitz

Alles korrekt, keine Beschwerden! Reiste früher ab, musste das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag nicht bezahlen.

ידידותי מאוד, ומשפחתי. במלון יש גם בריכה וסאונה, א. בוקר נחמדה. אבל בעיקר אנשים נחמדים.

המיקום קצת קשה בהגעה בעזרת תחבורה ציבורית אבל ניתן להתסדר.

Zu Fuss doch bischen weit in den Ort rein, ca. 25 minuten zu Fuss

Accogliente, pulito, personale molto cordiale, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit und es gab genügend Parkplätze, was in Kitzbühel ja nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Die Freundlichkeit der Inhaber, es is richtig familiär, man fühlt sich einfach sehr wohl. Es is alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und das Frühstück ausreichend,bzw. reichhaltig. Ich würde es jedem weiter empfehlen, ich hab mich richtig wohl gefühlt und habe die Tage dort sehr genossen, man kann zu fuss ins Zentrum, man kann eigentlich alles zu fuss machen. Ich werde auf jedenfall wieder bei Familie Entstrasser buchen. Lg
