Spotlessly clean. Very heartful atmosphere. Small details in arrangements of your stay make you feel the care. Close to funicular. There is a trail for Nordic ski as well.

Decent 4 star hotel, very pleasant atmosphere, perfect location, good price, nice owner, very helpful. We will return in summer. It is a perfect location for all seasons activities and for all ages and physical fitness. The pillows are a bit to hard for our taste, but it is a minor point, not something that can put us away.

The value which we received is more than money can buy,The hotel is 4 star hotel,with fair prices, beautiful rooms,view and absolutely wonderful owners.The place 15 minutes ride from the beautiful Krimmel waterfalls and 5 minutes walk from a peaceful lake. We enjoyed our stay at the Alpenherz hotel very much. The openness and warm welcome by the staff of the Hotel was very pleasant. Besides this, there is a lot of value for money, The hotel rooms are big, modern, and clean. The breakfast was also very good and tidy, and there was a lot to choose from. The area where to hotel is situated is very beautiful. Within a radius of one hour traveling there are many places you can visit. Very nice family hotel with very friendly staff.

On July 27 we were staying at your hotel. However during a 12-days trip that w spent in Austria. I want to tell you that during these period we stayed in different places in hotels of 4 and 5 stars but your hotel was the best. I liked most the fact that everywhere in the hotel it smells nice due to the incense sticks and candles and also it's a quiet place. The sauna area is overall not enough for more than 3-4 persons. The sauna in particular is pretty small, like 2 sq meters, for max 2 persons.

Prima hotel. Alles ziet er keurig netjes en schoon uit. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Ligt aan de rand van het dorp, maar alles is goed bewandelbaar. Echt een aanrader!

Absolut perfekt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Die Sauna aber mit 3 Personen voll. Macht nix. War ohnehin nichts los. Also auch das spitze!!!

Abbiamo preso al volo l'offerta lampo di Booking,l'hotel è di nuova costruzione,camere accoglienti e confortevoli e il bagno ricco di prodotti per la toilette,ottima la pulizia sia delle camere che degli spazi comuni.Consigliato solo se c'è l'offerta lampo. La colazione è scarsa e poco varia e non viene reintegrata,per cui vale il detto "chi tardi arriva male alloggia"

Fijn hotel. Ruime & schone kamers. Ontbijt perfect geregeld. Veel keus. Helaas geen gezellige bar/o.i.d. Wel degelijk mogelijk om een lekker dranken te nuttigen in de lounge. Sauna ruimte zeer klein (slechts 2 mini faciliteiten & douche). Wel perfect onderhouden en schoon. Enige vervelende gedurende onze vakantie was de 'heisa' welke de eigenaresse maakte, omdat wij 10 minuten te vroeg in de ontbijtzaal aanwezig waren (op de dag van ons vertrek). We werden behandeld als kinderen. Toch jammer, want dit geeft een nare nasmaak waardoor ik de volgende keer een ander hotel boek in Gerlos.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, konnten unser Zimmer aus zwei freien Zimmern auswählen, und genossen drei sehr ruhige und erholsame Tage im schönen Hotel. Es wurden große Anstrengungen unternommen, unseren wünschen nachzukommenn (Eigens Rührei zum frühstück, Sauna extra eingeschalten...)

Eigentlich wollten wir das Hotell mit schlecht bewerten damit nicht so viele neue Urlauber darauf Aufmerksam werden. Denn es ist ein Geheimtip für diesen Preis soviel Qualität und Zufriedenheit haben wir noch nicht gehabt. Wenn mann in allen Hotells wie im Alpenherz als Gast behandelt wird, werdenn wir zu dauerurlaubern denn dann fühlt man sich wohl. Auch wenn es direckt an der Straße liegt ist es doch in der Nacht so ruig das mann mit Offenen Fenstern Schlafen kann. Wir werden wiederkommen. :-)
