Location very close to train station and only 10 mins walk into city. Very clean, friendly staff, nice tv, very comfortable bed and pillow. On noisy street, but it is central location. Had to sleep with window closed but this wasn't really a problem. Location a bit dodgy, but again, near train station. |

Good location with reasonable rooms. Free interweb is a bonus and was reasonably fast once I asked the receptionist to connect. Breakfast was fair. |

Rooms were of a very good standard being newly refurbished. Very comfortable beds! Unfortunately to get to the hotel entrance you have to pass through the ground floor and up a flight of stairs, and this is not so well kept! But the hotel is very clean, contemporary and good value for money. |

the location was great! The hotel is clean and safe. Staff allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage when we had a late departure from Salzburg. Rooms were small. |

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was quite nice, with the most amazing cake with coffee. Very comfortable, and they also give a decent exchange rate for your money. I stood outside the hotel, ringing the bell for 15 minutes before one of the guests of the hotel came out, so I could enter the hotel. Very unresponsive. |

Rooms were clean and the wifi was free with incredible speed... 2 mins walk from the train station, supermarket, and junk food. breakfast was average, street noise is unbelievable, and the elevator does not work, the hotel is occupying the first floor only |

The comfort and cleanliness of thr room Late arrival of the hotel receptionsist for breakfastwhich delayed our departure. Check in took exceptionally long period. |

Room was comfortable and close to the railway station The receptionist was very slow booking us in - but he did let us access one room early to dump our bags. List was not working but the building is shared with business so not hotels fault. |

The room is big and clean. Breakfast was reasonable. The check out time was flexible. The location is close to the public transport. I have got the room in the street side, which was very noisy. The Pizza shop downstair was so noisy and make me cannot sleep. |

Location of the hotel was very near the main train station, so we only had to walk 2 mins. Our room faced the street so it was kinda noisy in the day with the traffic (pedestrain and vehicles). That being said, the staff were very friendly, spoke perfect English, and the breakfast spread was rather delicious. Would stay here again. |

Everything was clean, friendly staff, breakfast choice not so big - but OK. Be sure to check in exactly after 14:00 hrs, if you have luggage - leave it in the train station and go sightseeing. |

The security system set up for the external door locks as well as the room door locks. Also, the bus/trolley stop is just across the street and either one will take you into town for around €2.00 roundtrip. The best thing is that this hotel is literally a 3 minute walk from the train station. I would have preferred to have had a telephone in the room. There was an internet café and phone place just downstairs, but I like the convenience and security of having one in the room. Also, because Salzburg is nestled in the valley of a mountain range, the tv in the hotel is satellite. |

The room was a great deal for the price! We were right by the train station but also with in walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see! I would highly recommend this hotel!!! It also has a yummy buffet breakfast:o) Hmmm... the only thing I can think of is that check in is around two in the afternoon (a little later than most of the hotels we stayed at) so if your train gets in early be prepared to hang out for a bit before they let you in to your room. They did let us leave our luggage though while we went out into the city... so not really a complaint... just a forewarning. |
