Hair dryer did not work in our room. Staff did not try to fix the problem even after asking the staff several times. We were told that they ordered a new one. It is very strange for a hotel not to have spare dryer. No action was taken or no offer made to move us to another room. We left the hotel and the dryer was not fixed. |

The room was very clean and bath room was new and functional although there was no bathtab. I could not use credit card for paying. I needed to find a cash dispenser to prepare some cash (but it was not easy), because I had never known such situation. |

Location was ideal for families. Rooms were nice and clean. Parking space was offered right across my room window. I tried to pay using my credit card, but it was not accepted, which was inconvenient regarding my holiday budget. |

One of the best hotels I stayed till date in terms of Location and Hospitality.Its located 100 Mts from train station which was very convinient.The family were nice and very helpful.Breakfast was fine too. The entrance to the hotel is misleading as its a very old building. |

The location was very close to the train station and an easy walk to the old part of Salzburg. We were able to find good food and even a place to do our laundry within a short distance from the hotel. We also appreciated the Maribel chocolates given as a gift on our departure. Thank you! |

The hotel advertised "air conditioning." We were there in heat of 90 - 100 deg. f and the only air conditioning we got was a very lightweight electric fan. We would not have stayed at this hotel if we had known there was no air conditioning. |

The hotel was a no-frill, clean, and polite experience. It is very close to the Hauptbahnhof in Salzburg and an easy walk to the old city. THe rooms are small, but if you are in Salzburg to sightsee and not spend time in the room then sufficient for the experience. The staff was polite and the breakfast adequate Internet was spotty and did not work at appropriate speeds to do much. |

The room and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a good European one. There was no AC as stated in the advertisement and the fan was poor, making it uncomfortable for sleeping. The internet did not work in the room and the staff could not fix it. At check in I was paying for the room and the staff said the credit card machine "was no working could I pay in cash?" The machine did work, I think they just wanted some cash on hand. |

Great location, near the main train station. The building was a little intimidating at first, having to be buzzed in, but once on the floor with the hotel, everything was secure, clean and appeared recently updated. The hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. |

From the outside, we were worried that the hotel would be old and run down, but we were very pleasantly surprised that it was absolutely lovely on the inside, with wonderful owners. The neighborhood was a little scary, but the hotel itself was lovely. |

We like that the location was right next to the hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was varied and tasty. We did not like how you had to enter the hotel, it was a little scary. The hotel was definitely not glamorous or even nice, it was just a place to sleep for two nights. |

It was a good experience at Hotel Evido. It is very well connected to the local metro and the intercity railway station. A big shopping centre is just accross the road and there's a 24 hr convinience store at the petrol pump right next to the hotel. Though the space is small, one would have really appreciated a kitchenette in the rooms. |

The hotel has a good location, 3-5 minutes from the central railway station and bus station (from there you can go in any direction, inside and outside Salzburg). The hotel is nice and clean, the breakfast is ok and the family who maintains the hotel is friendly and helpful. |

The hotel was 10 minutes walking from Maribell Palace and 5 minutes from the train station. I thought it was in a good location. The breakfast was fine. Not much to choose from with their meats and cheeses. They did have a wonderful selection of coffee. The rooms were nice and clean. They gave us a crib for my baby free of charge. They were very accommidating. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing we didn't like. |
