Hotel staff very professional and helpful. Clean rooms and convenient to tours.

The location is within walking distance to the railway station. The reception upon arrival by a Ms Danielle was warm and friendly. Breakfast was within reasonable expectation.

The room that we stayed in was a quad room facing the railway. I was very disturbed by the persistent construction noise from the railway. The noise continued well into the night when we were back from sightseeing. The staircase/lift lobby was not lit up at night. The smell from the food stall on the ground floor seems to follow into the hotel. The reception upon checking out (by a man) was lacking in personal service.

It is really close to Train Station so dont need to worry about getting the train late.The breakfast is adequate and the room is clean with basic furniture and a TV. Having shower is no problem and the washroom is clean.

We arrived early for check in and the very kind cleaning lady let us in to drop off our bags. The room was very clean. Breakfast had many choices. Located very close to the main rail station.

Their credit card machine was broken so we had to pay cash. Avoid the rooms around the office and breakfast room because they are over a very loud all night disco which was still going in the morning at 7am. The free advertised wifi did not work. The stated fee of 30 euros per extra child is too expensive.

Close to the railway station, city center. Not so far from Hoenzalzburg. Close to bus station, shops, discotheque.

Nothing evident. Close to discotheque, but not too noisy. In early morning Germans speaks too loud sometimes.. (2nd floor, windows into the courtyard)

Good and helpful staff. Good location. Good connectivity to all places.

Internal facilities like cooling are not great though. Limited breakfast menu.

The room was new and clean.

The entrance is really ugly and dirty, it is located on the firts floor of a comercial building, there is a night club downstairs so there is much noise all night long and the street is quite busy as well.

Два раза сняли деньги с карточки - сначала за бронирование, затем за проживание. Восточный мужчина на ресепшене на очень плохом немецком обещал их возврат. Пока не поступили, так что будьте осторожнее!

Tolle Lage, Zimmer sind in Ordnung, ansonsten nur sehr zweckmäßig - von der Einrichtung her, dem Personal und auch vom Frühstück. Dafür gibts gratis W-Lan, was sehr praktisch ist. Es ist ein bisschen komisch, wenn man das Hotel sucht, weil es im 1. Stock eines ganz normalen Hauses ist, indische Familie besitzt das Hotel.

Frühstücksbuffet war nicht berauschend ... kaum Auswahl, nur Extrawurst und 1 Sorte Schnittkäse - auch sonst nicht sehr große Auswahl; Rezeptionistin bediente Frühstücksbuffet mit. Leider keine Badewanne im Zimmer. Für die gebotenen Leistungen finde ich den beahlten Preis zu hoch.
