Convenient Provide water boiler for my request

1. Hotel guide is not clear. 2. Receiption is not available for 24h, I hope to check out about 5:50am.But nobody on desk. I have to keep key in room and leave myself. I have pay all fee before but not get invoice.

- free wifi - clean room - easy location between the train station and the town - good value for money

- average breakfast. Coffee and juice tasted watered down - hotel difficult to find. It is situated on the corner behind the Shell service station. Look for a small banner on the first floor. - small elevator

The staff were very coordial to our requests and helped us in finding out the best tours. Guided us on how best to see the city. The rooms were clean and cozy but not big for a long holiday. Its comfortable for 3 - 4 days.

Very poor breakfast selection. Balcony not cleaned for months. hard to find the entrance to the hotel Location is close to the train station but not to the touristy part of Salzburg. No tea making facilities.

The location is within walking distance to the railway station. The reception upon arrival by a Ms Danielle was warm and friendly. Breakfast was within reasonable expectation.

The room that we stayed in was a quad room facing the railway. I was very disturbed by the persistent construction noise from the railway. The noise continued well into the night when we were back from sightseeing. The staircase/lift lobby was not lit up at night. The smell from the food stall on the ground floor seems to follow into the hotel. The reception upon checking out (by a man) was lacking in personal service.

It is really close to Train Station so dont need to worry about getting the train late.The breakfast is adequate and the room is clean with basic furniture and a TV. Having shower is no problem and the washroom is clean.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.continental style breakfast was good.very close to train station and local bus routes.

Room cotained 1 double bed and 1 single bed and are really too small to accomodate this.Internet didn't always work.

The room was new and clean.

The entrance is really ugly and dirty, it is located on the firts floor of a comercial building, there is a night club downstairs so there is much noise all night long and the street is quite busy as well.

Gaska bra läge eftersom vi skulle på Världsutställning på mässan. Det var möjligt att gå.

En av personalen var totalt ointresserad av dom boende, pratade hellre privat i telefon. Rummet iordninggjort bara för en person, vi var två. Fanns inte sängkläder eller handdukar. Vi bad om dom vid 16-tiden, fick säga till tre gånger, fick det kl 20.00. När vi skulle checka in försökte personen i receptionen skörta upp priset för parkering och hundar till 55 euro per natt, detta är ju inte acceptabelt!!!!! Priset var ju redan för högt. Dålig frukost.

No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto. El personal es desagradable, el desayuno mas que básico con bollos envasados y fiambre de mala calidad.

Pessima posizione, quartiere poco sicuro!! Personale poco disponibile, hanno preteso il pagamento in contanti e subito, senza ricevuta! Inoltre il personale non è presente in hotel dopo le 18!! chiunque, che risieda o meno in hotel, può accedere tramite una scala all'interno di un condominio sempre aperto ed, essendo una zona frequentata da gente poco raccomandabile non è stato il massimo! Abbiamo richiesto la ricevuta piu di una volta ma non ci è stata data! Rapporto qualità -prezzo scarso!! !Brutta esperienza!

Zahlung mit Kreditkarte war nicht möglich, weil das Gerät "kaputt" war; der Eingang ist nur schwer zu finden und ist auch nicht besonders einladend (nur klein angeschrieben, enges, dunkles Stiegenhaus)
