The staff was friendly. The hotel is very near at the train station. The floor of the bath room was very cold!! I hope they will do something for it. The breakfast could be wider.. but as a whole, the hotel was worth to stay. |

the room was clean when we got there It was locatedabove a dance club which meant that we did not sleep until the music stopped at 3:00 a.m.! then, since our room was next to a stairwell and the floor above had hardwood florrs, the noise started up again at 6:00 a.m. There was no way to get a restful night's sleep. We were asked to pay up front - before checking into our rooms. The breakfast was minimal - not a buffet. |

Location near train station and buses was excellent. Also reasonable walking distance to old town and points of interest. Dont be put off by building appearance - hotel occupies one floor and is very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee or tea facilities available outside breakfast times would be good. |

I liked its quiet and cosy ambience. Rooms, though small, were particularly clean and comfortable. I guess we were fortunate to get a room not facing the noisy street. Proximity to the train station is an added advantage. |

the hotel staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was good. TV doesnt show any English Channels.Air Conditioning may be required during summer. |

It is a modest and small hotel whose main virtues are its cleaness and new installation (everything is new and clean) and the friendliness of the staff. The style is unpretentious but functional. The breakfast is acceptable. It is also very close to the train station, which was one reason in my case to choose the hotel. The building is old and its outside and hall looks in terrible shape. The hotel only occupies a single floor. The front street is rather noisy, as it is the main road to the station. The rooms tend to be quite small, and some obvious pieces of furniture are lacking (e.g. there is no place to put towels or soap in the bath, etc!) |

The hotel is near train station, very convenient for train and bus transportation. The facilities is quite new, ex: digital TV, LCD display, radio alarm. Breakfast and internet are included. The room is clean and comfortable. Good quality with fair price. I got the room at street side, and it's noisy because it's in second floor. Suggest you to book rooms at the other side, might be quieter. |

Yes if the ac is provided which would also reduce the noise that comes from the vehicles on the Rainerstrasse. The noise from the vehicles on the Rainerstrasse. |
