Everything: Staff was very helpful, helped us to book the school, recommended places to go, etc. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is good selection. Internet was free and at reasonable speed

No complaints

The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were both helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. I cannot comment on the the free leisure facilities as we did not use them.

Very good Service! The rooms are very tidy and the Location from the Hotel couldn't be better .... Giggijoch 5min To Walk, Fire n ICE 3min ..Sauna and Pool in the Arena directly opposite ... .. We will come back ;)

On our arrival we were made very welcome. Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast excellent. No restaurant was available in the hotel but the restaurant next door is very good.

The matress was too firm for us.

Really enjoyed my stay in the Hotel Garni Granat. Stayed for 7 nights for snowboarding trip. Booked into single room but on arrival was upgrade to spacious double room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent and very close walking distance to cable car. The snow conditions were excellent for the time I was there which was late April. Overall had and excellent time and felt the hotel was great value. The hotel gives you access to the swimming pool and sauna leisure facilities across the road from the hotel, which was great after a day of snowboarding. I had a car due to drive from airport but there is no need to have a car. The hotel is very central. I also snowboarded in the nearby resort of hochgurgle/obergurgle and took the car. However there is a free ski bus which wd get you there in 10/15 mins. Highly recommended.

Very nice location, close to the gondola lift. The single room was a bit small so they offered a double for 6 eur more/night which was very nice. The lady in the breakfast room was also very nice and helpful. I like that they put your room number on the table for breakfast.

Really nice family run hotel. Next to sports centre - so easy access to apres ski swimming. Not too far to first lift - 5 minute walk and easy if you use the ski lockers available with the ski hire companies at the lift up. Nice bar area for meeting up with friends. Nice restaurants right next door or within a couple of minutes walk.

We have very small room. It's not obvious when you're booking.

Отличное место расположение. Даже если вы без машины, до подъемника вы можите дойти за 5 мин. Возможность бесплатно пользоваться бассейном и саунами в соседнем СПА комплексе. Бесплатный интернет, который нормально работает в номерах. И очень дружелюбный персонал.

Номера тесные, а мебель старая, но в ванных комнатах видимо недавно был ремонт.

Отлично расположен.Несколько минут до подъемника и не на основной дороге. Старовата мебель в номерах.Но персонал и их гостеприимство компенсируют маленькие недостатки.

Accueil parfait; Mme Karoline Pult la gérante était très serviable et très disponible. propreté irréprochable, Salle de bains comme neuve, très grande, 400m à pied des télécabines, petit déjeuner parfait (qualité, diversité et quantité), proximité immédiate des restaurants, accès gratuit à la piscine en face, parking en sous-sol!

Ingenting spesielt

zeer vriendelijke receptie zeer grote kamer voor 3 personen, konden 5 personen logeren.

Отличный номер, хорошая ванна, вкусные завтраки, приветливый персонал, расположение в шаговой доступности от подъемника и супермаркета, ресторанчик и бар на первом этаже, доступ в бассейн и сауну, неплохой интернет.

Zentral im Ort und zur Piste

Die Größe der Einzelzimmer ca11,5 qm ! Viel zu klein für den Preis von 100€ die Nacht

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal door de lieve gastvrouw. De kamers waren in orde. Mooie, vernieuwde, zeer aangename badkamer. Een super ontbijtbuffet. Wat een keuze, zeg. Ondergrondse parking. Lift zodat je niet met je koffers moeten sleuren. Bij de terugreis werd onze thermos met verse koffie gevuld (gratis!).

Misschien een koelkast op de kamer. Ik kan me voorstellen dat je dat in de zomer mist. Wij hebben onze drank op het terras gezet. Spijtig dat er geen restaurant aan het hotel verbonden is. De bar Nanu, naast het hotel, is super ! Wij hebben de mojito, chocomelk en latte maciato geproefd : mmm... De bediening was uitmuntend : super vriendelijk en vlot. Niet met het hotel te maken maar het restaurant Hacienda (boven het zwembad) is zeker af te raden. Te weinig personeel. We hebben 2 u op ons eten gewacht dat dan ondertussen in de keuken koud geworden was.

Alles. Irgendwie eine Combo aus "Ruhig, gemütlich, rustikal" und wellness! Einfach Klasse! Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und der Service ausgezeichnet. Die Benutzung der Freizeitanlage ist eine echtes Plus.
