La vicinanza al centro della città; il silenzio e la tranquillità; il parcheggio privato. Scarso riscaldamento della camera. Assenza di riscaldamento del bagno. Impossibilità di oscurare completamente le finestre per la notte. Scarsissima qualità e poca scelta del cibo a colazione. Disponibilità della reception solo fino alle ore 21. Terrazza coperta di ghiaia all'altezza di una delle finestre: triste panorama e pericolo che qualcuno entri abusivamente nella camera. |

The hotel was very central and spotlessly clean. Despite the hotel being almost empty we were given a room on the top floor - three flights of stairs ! The room was small, had a sloping ceiling and the traffic noise was pretty unbearable, even on a sunday morning. Breakfast was OK but not great and there was no refill of tea or coffee offered. |

Friendly informative owner. Buffet breakfast. Central location for shops, restaurants, cafes. Walking distance to cable car station to one of the best views I have experienced. Handy for ferry, train or bus stations, a good base to explore Austria/Germany & Switzerland. |

Room was nice, location was fine, and the host was perfectly friendly & helpful! The room was a little colder than the rest of our stay - maybe the room had insulation problems? It wasn't freezing, just a thing we noticed. |

Warm-hearted service by owner. Free internet (even if only accessible from lobby). Nice breakfast. Very good value for mney (at least in winter), excellent location. Hotel showing its age. No elevator - ask for low floor if traveling heavy. |

Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt bei gleichzeitig kurzer Entfernung zum Bodensee-Ufer Kein Fahrstuhl, wobei dieser Umstand sich relativiert, da bei Ankunft der Hotelinhaber die Koffer seiner Gäste höchstpersönlich in den zweiten Stock raufschleppt ohne hierfür ein Trinkgeld zu erwarten. Zimmereinrichtung aus den 70 - 80er Jahren. |

es lag nahe dem See und Bahnhof der Empfang war ausserst unhöflich: der Hotelier brach seine Telefongespräche lange nicht ab und wir wurden Zeugen von Problemen, die er finanziell mit anderen Gästen hatte. Wegen Zugsverspätung kamen wir dort erst um 20.00 an und wären froh gewesen ins Zimmer gehen zu können. |
