Swiming pool, friendly staff This is a 'dog' hotel, so there are a lot of guests with dogs in the restaurant. We first had the 'zillertal' room, which is in need of renovation, and also smelled badly like 'dog'. Luckely we could get a better (renovated) room for the following nights. In the restaurant all chairs had bird-shit on them, which was not cleaned. |

Nice restaurant, english speaking staff Rather poor breakfest as for 4 star hotel; on arrival day there was no room prepered, so I spent a night in a "spare" room and fortunately next day I have received what I ordered with one night discount |

Très bon spa - Salle de restaurant très agréable, donnant sur jardin - Environnement très calme (à part le réveil de l'église, à 6h du matin !), loin de la route - buffets variés - Malgré les points négatifs ci- dessous, il s'agit d'un bon rapport qualité/prix en demi-pension Chambre petite, mal isolée (trop de chaleur, et insonorisation à revoir) - personnel serviable, mais difficultés à se faire comprendre en anglais (la clientèle n'étant pas internationale, mais germanique) |

Le calme , la montagne et le grand air 'la piscine et le spa , et la soiree musicale avec un trio folklorique de tres bonne qualite. Facilite de stationnement,les serveuses toujours souriantes et aimables. La chambre vraiment pas digne d'un hotel 4 etoiles , la douche et le wc avec des mauvaises odeurs ,le lavabo dans la chambre a coucher ,et surtout , de tres nombreux chien dans la salle a manger , je trouve cela inadmisible , certaines personnes avec trois chiens ? |

comme nous avons un bébé de 1an,cette hotel est idéal pour se reposer durant le sejour parce qu'il est dans un endroit calme. les mouches et autres betes volant durant les repas;la propreté vis a vis d'un hotel 4 étoiles (mouches et autres sur le rebord de fenetre pendant notre sejour);sol pas au top de la propreté et pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres |

De absoluut vriendelijke atmosfeer die er hing; zeer professionele aanpak en het voortdurende idee dat men er was om het de gasten zo goed mogelijk naar de zin te maken. Fitness-/ontspanningfsruimte was enigszins gedateerd en zeker voor een algehele revisie vatbaar. Lampen boven het poolbillliard moesten echt onweken worden om niet telkens je hoofd te stoten. Meerdere apparaten werkten. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und hat ein schönes Ambiente. Die Leistungen, die dieses Hotel hat sind sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war nicht so schön eingerichtet, wie das unserer Freunde, obwohl wir die gleiche Kategorie gebucht hatten und auch den gleichen Preis gezahlt haben. Und außerdem finde ich es nicht gut, wenn in einem 4 Sterne-Hotel, das Duschmittel in kleinen Plastikbeuteln portioniert wird, das hat keinen Stil. |

Sehr gepflegte Atmosphäre, angemessenes Frühstücksbüffett und gutes Abendessen. Geschmackvoll gestalteter Speiseraum und schöner Wellnessbereich, freundlicher Service. Leider sind noch nicht alle Zimmer renoviert - allerdings sind auch die älteren Zimmer noch ganz passabel, aber halt nicht mehr ganz 4* entsprechend. |
