Renovated in 2013, Gartenhotel Toni is set in a quiet park a 5-minute walk from the centre of Sankt Johann in Tirol. It offers panoramic mountain views, free Wi-Fi, and a wide selection of quality wines at the bar. In winter, the ski bus to the ski areas of the Kitzbühel Alps stops right in front of the hotel. The next ski lift of the Sankt Johann in Tirol/Oberndorf Ski Area is only 900 metres away. All rooms in the Gartenhotel are furnished in Tyrolean style and have a private bathroom and cable TV. From your room you can enjoy views of the Kitzbühel Alps. The owners are very knowledgeable about wines and spirits and are happy to share their knowledge with guests. They also can give you lots of tips about what to see and do and where to dine. You can make free use of the hotel's iPad in the public areas and the garden, and there is also an internet corner available for the free use of all guests. Spa facilities include a sauna, a sun bed, and a fitness room. Kids can have fun on the playground in the garden, while you can enjoy panoramic mountain views from the terrace. Hotel guests can use the Panorama-Badewelt, which is 200 metres away, free of charge. It features indoor and outdoor pools and a heated hot tub. Thomas the owner was a star... The hotel was ace...it's trendy and modern in a real old Austrian building Food at breakfast was great.. I would absolutely recommend it Awesome holiday

We have had a wonderful stay. Personal welcome with a glass of proseco upon arrival. Personal advice on Restaurants, ski areas/slopes and region. The owner Thomas took a lot of time for us and gave us an upgrade to a Superior room with 2 balconies with view on ski slopes of St. Johan and in the sun.Lovely room !! Clean hotel and great friendly personel. Great breakfast. We would really recommend this Hotel to everybody. Great !!

Very nice new facility. Location was for us OK. (Its about eight minute from centre) Staff and the owners family were brilliant, helpful, nothing was to much trouble!! breakfast was delicious!! Nice view and terrace in room 6. Really cute hotel. Superb stay!!

Frindliness of staff including the owner, the fact that they care a lot that we were travelling with a small child and offered for us a larger room than booked initially within the same rate, the fact that Thomas-the owner was preocuppied to let us know what are the area attractions, best restaurants, children attractions and so on. We felt pampered and looked after. We really enjooyed the warmth of the staff and we will definetelly come back. Corin Cucoli &Family There is nothing that we did not like. Excelent that's the word.

Great location, cosy atmosphere, excellent staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The owner provided top-notch recommendations for the day trips. The hotel has a beautiful garden which is an ideal place for relaxing. We will definitly come back again.

The owner Thomas has major experience of of traveling and staying in different kind of hotels and this shows in the many small details in Gartenhotel Toni. The staff is exceptional, everything works on most smooth and friendly way - Austrian hospitality on its best. Sankt Johann is also a great place to stay in Tirol. There are 2 major ski resorts - lot more to choose instead of staying in one of them. It offers all the small town services on the walking distance - including the best swimming facilities around - and pleasant train connections to Innsbruck and Salzburg. You can come here to relax, enjoy the best of Tyrolean kitchen, taste and get introduced to best Austrian wines or do sports - around the year.

A cozy small family hotel with a large well-kept yard. Spa with indoor and outdoor pools is located a few hundred meters from the hotel, and you can get a free guest card to visit there. The breakfast was quite good and varied. The host willingly assisted designing day trips by exploring the routes and schedules. Thanks Thomas! We highly recommend.

The hotel has a very cosy atmosphere and we experienced a very nice, service minded and helpful staff. The view, the rooms, the breakfast and the bar was excellent. We would recommend this hotel in its beautiful surroundings to anybody who wants to experince a relaxed and comfortable environment.

Gastheer Thomas en zijn team laten je meteen thuis voelen. Na de welkomstdrink krijg je voldoende info over skigebied en restaurants. Bij deze laatste reserveren ze zonder problemen een tafel. Ligt mooi centraal t.o.v. verschillende skigebieden. Kamers zijn mooi gerenoveerd.

Das Hotel ist neu und sehr stilsicher renoviert. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. man bekommt gute tips und fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und Eierspeisen werden auf wunsch frisch zubereitet. Die neu gestaltete Sauna ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase. St. Johann ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle umliegenden Skigebiete. Kitzbühl ist in 10 min zu erreichen.

We kwamen te vroeg aan in het hotel,werden toch meteen heel hartelijk onthaald en mochten zelfs aanschuiven aan het ontbijt. We kregen goede informatie over de omgeving de restaurants en het skigebied. Het hotel was zeer netjes schoon en men deed alle moeite om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Zeker een aanrader !!! Eigenlijk niets is tegengevallen en gaan er zeker nog een keer terug.

Äußerst fürsorglicher Service durch den Hotelier selbst und das Personal. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr hübsch und gemütlich durch viel helles Holz (Design); schöner Garten und Blick auf die Berge, angenehme Betten. Frühstücksbüffet mit großer Auswahl, dazu auf Wunsch frisch zubereitetes Omlette, Pfannkuchen etc. (sehr lecker). In der Umgebung gute Restaurants (Empfehlung vom Chef). Alles sehr, sehr angenehm!

Gartenhotel Toni und speziell "Thomas" der Eigentümer ist absolute Spitzenklasse....der Inhaber und sein Personal "leben und lieben" Ihre Arbeit, das spürt hier jeder Gast...und Thomas , der Eigentümer macht wirklich alles erdenkbare für seine Gäste!Unbedingt mal im Gartenhaus Toni ein "Diner" nehmen, das Essen und die Weine, absolute Spitzenklasse!

Thomas und sein engagiertes Team haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Mit Herzlichkeit und Kompetenz wurden wir bei der Tagesgestaltung bestens unterstützt. Das Hotel selbst besticht durch Sauberkeit, eine weitläufige Gartenanlage und die Nähe zum Ortskern von St. Johann i.T. Wir können einen Aufenthalt im Gartenhotel Toni uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

E' stata un bellissimo soggiorno, la struttura e' tipica Tirolese, sia dalla stanza con annesso terrazzino arredato che dal giardino, ben curato, si gode di una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne circostanti. Il proprietario, Thomas, e' una persona molto gentile e disponibile, all'arrivo ti mette subito a tuo agio con un tranquillo "check in" sorseggiando un ottimo bicchiere di prosecco di produzione familiare. Ogni mattina ti suggerisce un itinerario secondo le tue esigenze con una precisione di tipo "austriaco", fornendoti mappe e programma scritto sul momento. Grazie Thomas per la magnifica vacanza, torneremo presto.
