Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 16 to 18 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Child supervision is available in winter from Sunday to Friday from 16:00, and in summer from 10:00. Children have their own playgrounds outside the hotel.
A delicious dinner with a choice of meals is served every evening, including special children's menus. The sommelier recommends well-known Austrian wines to accompany your meal.
Let your day end with a drink in the cosy hotel bar with open fire place and live music in winter.
Hotel Gaspingerhof is member of BERGaktiv and so in summer season you can take part in lots of activities, including; guided hiking tours, Nordic walking with trainers, specials for kids and teens.
In winter Zillertal Arena, with its 160 km of ski routes, boarders the town. Winter hiking paths and 30 bars and typical "Hütten" is suitable for everyone and every age.

Alle medewerkers waren even vriendelijk en gastvrij. Hadden oog voor detail en stonden altijd klaar om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. De kamer was niet zoals we hadden geboekt, maar dit bleek bij Booking.com onjuist te zijn bevestigd en de douche in de kamer was niet op temperatuur in te stellen, dus met zeer regelmaat eronder vandaan springen was de oplossing. |

We hebben genoten van dit hotel eten was uitstekend. Personeel voorkomend en vriendelijk. Mooie kamer. Sommige negatieve resenties gelezen.....mijn mening als je vriendelijk en voorkomend tegen de mensen bent ontvang je vriendelijkheid terug!!!!! Het boerse van de dronken mensen die normen en waarden vergeten....vooral dat ze in een 4 sterren hotel verblijven!!! In normale doen lopen ze naast de schoenen.......... |
