Hotel information

Our house was founded in 1978 and since then it is run by the family Kartnaller who can look back to 29 years of guests and hospitality. We offer five comfortable apartments for our guests. We have been awarded with 3 stars by the private landlord association of Tyrol.

The apartments suit a number of guests and the house is located in a central, yet quiet area on the south side of the city. There is easy access to the apartments via a lift. You can enjoy sun bathing on your own terrace of balcony and a lawn for your own use (e.g. to have a barbecue).

It is the ideal base for hiking tours in the summer as you can start directly in front of the house. In the winter you have quick access to the ski lift and the country skiing piste. The ski areas Elfer is 10 minutes away and the Stubaier glacier 15 minutes

There is a car park on site and a bus stop only 50 metres away. There are many restaurants nearby and there is a supermarket 250 metres from the apartment building.

Food & beverage

Sample the local produce and purchase fresh milk and butter from the farm which is 50m away.

Daily fresh rolls from the baker's are supplied to your door and are delivered personally by the manager Rudi every Sunday.

Tyrolean bacon, delicious farmer bread, goats cheese, honey and much more are available at the Stubai farmers market, which takes place every fortnight on Fridays in the village information centre.

The Old City of Innsbruck:
The Inner City and the Old Town together make up the heart of historic Innsbruck. It is well worth taking a stroll in the narrow streets to soak up the atmosphere. There are lots of fascinating historical sights to see, such as the Imperial Palace and the Hof Church, the latter housing the tomb of Emperor Maximilian I. Other attractions include the legendary Golden Roof, the imposing baroque Cathedral of St. Jacob with its famous cathedral square, the Triumphal Porte, St. Anne's Column and the Leopold Fountain.
850 km of hiking trails with nature at its best are at the hiking enthusiast's disposal.
Walk along the valley, past roaring waterfalls, in one of the most beautiful regions of the Alps. There are over 50 cosy huts en route to the eternal ice at an altitude of 3,000 m.
Neustift has set a new standard with over 110 km of uniformly signposted biking routes. The routes offer trips in every degree of difficulty ranging from comfortable bicycle rides to sweaty circuits at altitudes of 2,700 m.

Travel information

The apartments are located on the way from Neustift to the Stubaier glacier. About 2 km after Neustift in the quarter Midlers. There is a Spar shop on the left side and after 250 metres a field on the right side. The guest house Kartnaller is the second house with terrace shape on the right.
