Tetszett, hogy a szálláshoz nagy kert tartozott, ami kisgyermekes családoknak ideális lehet és a tó is nagyon közel van a szálláshoz. A szobák ablakai az utcára néztek, a forgalom zaja csak csukott ablakokkal volt elviselhető, de sajnos a szobák nem voltak klímaberendezéssel felszerelve. |

My room was actually an apartment, with three beds and a kitchenette, but it was only me there. The breakfast was great and the view from my window spectacular. I was there for Bike Week in Faak am See, but this was as close as I could get. I was only a few hundred meters from Ossiach See. It was great if you want to visit the Ossiach See, but, there isn't too much else around. Villach and Klagenfurt are close, but, it is best for people wanting to stay on a huge lake. |

Neighbourhood is very pleasant, excellent views of surrounding mountains and lake. Rooms spacious, maybe not stunning but nice breakfast. Lots of beautiful flowers on balcony. Smell on stairs and in bathroom suggests serious cleaning. Very small bathroom. No elevator to 3rd floor. Staff hardly spoke any english (except one nice man in restaurant), everything in hotel only in german. Pizza is maybe not bad, but has nothing to do with Italian one. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die stets um die Gäste bemüht sind. Das Essen in der Pizzeria Mamma Mia ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sauber mit schönem Blick auf den See. Auffallend schön ist der sehr gepflegte Garten. |

ausgezeichnetes Essen in der Pizzeria Mamma Mia, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wünderschöner gepflegter Garten mit Blick auf den See. Obwohl ich nur eine Nacht geblieben bin, kann ich mir vorstellen hier länger Urlaub zu machen |

la struttura si trova vicino al lago che è sicuramente l'attrattiva primaria del posto . Nessuno parla in italiano è si sforza minimamente di farlo è vero che siamo in Austria pero un minimo sindacale ci vorrebbe , non ci è stata data nessuna spiegazione sulle dinamiche dell' Hotel e nessuna menzione sul posto , non ho mai conosciuto dei titolari di locale così poco interessati ai propri clienti, di gente che paga per aver un servizio per fortuna che il personale è gentile e simpatico . Ho visto famiglie intere arrivare a far colazione senza sapere dove fosse il latte o il succo di frutta e i clienti si aiutavano tra di loro dando consigli o dritte di vario tipo , mentre i totolari leggevano il giornale . Mi sento sicuramente di consigliare Ossiach come meta per le proprie vacanze, il lago è bellissimo e pieno di allegria . |

Ideale plek om te vertoeven, mooie kamers schoon verzorgd, vriendelijk personeel, eten was prima genoeg keuze en mooi uitzicht op het meer, genoeg speelruimte voor kinderen . Ontbijtbuffet zeer ruime keuze, komen zeker nog een keer terug. |
