Excellent staff with wonderful service and also very good restaurant

&Quot;We are coming back" We spent 4 nights at Hotel Wirtshaus Post in St. Johann in Tirol. The hotel is newly renovated, the interior of the rooms are modern and the bathrooms are very stylish. They are all very large and comfortable. The recently refurbished hotel (including all the guests areas like bar, restaurant, etc.) has a modern design with Austrain flavour. The hotel is located in the downtown in the pedestrian area and offers free parking facilities. It is just 2 minutes away by car from the closest slopes. We were on half board. The breakfast buffet was very rich and the 4 course dinner was very delicious. The manager, Attila was very nice and helpful especially that we have arrived very late or rather early morning due to weather conditions. He was everywhere day and night. The professional job that he has been constantly providing can be experienced when talking to him or other staff members. He had always have time for a little chat and the check if everthing goes according to his standards. If you stay at this hotel you will be treated with special attention for sure. We think that this is the best price value hotel in the region, maybe in whole Austria as well. We strongly recommend this hotel no matter if you are going for skiing or looking for a relaxing weekend. George

Spacious rooms, ideally situated in St. Johann center. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Incredible value for price paid (60euro).

The beds are old and squeaky. No internet in the rooms.

The manager Attila and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. It's a beautiful traditional Tirolean Hotel located in the centre of the town surrounded by the most stunning scenery. This was my first time to stay in St. Johann but I will certainly be returning to stay in Hotel Post to enjoy the delights of this wonderful part of Austria. Excellent buffet breakfast, value for money and only a five minute walk from the local train station.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, wird demnächst komplett renoviert. Die Zimmer sind jedoch auf neuestem Standard, modern und qualitativ sehr gut eingerichtet und piksauber.

A legjobb ár érték arányú hotel talán egész Ausztriában. Attila ,a Manager fantasztikus munkát végez, ami meglátszik a személyzeten és az egész hotelen. A hotel frissen felújított, tiroli hagyományokat megőrizve de mégis nagyon modern stílusban ,ízlésesen kialakítva a szobáktól az éttermen a báron át mindenhol. A szobák nagyok és igényesen berendezettek akár egy 5 csillagos szállodában is lehetnének. A fürdőszoba szintén pazar. A reggeli Svédasztalos igen gazdag. A vacsora választható 4 fogásos menü , kiváló és több mint bőséges. A hotel a sétálóutcán található ,saját parkolóval,a sílift 2 perre ,uszoda wellness centrum szintén 2 perc. A Hotel Wirtshaus Postot bárkinek szívesen ajánlom . George

Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch mein Zimmer(301) wat komplet neu renoviert und sah auch echt toll aus. War auch sehr groß. Matratzen super. Frühstück war gut, auch die Auswahl. Lage TOP Würde wieder kommen

De nieuwe kamers zijn heel mooi, gezellig en comfortabel. Receptie personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Eigenlijk geen tegenvallers. De eetzaal is nog verouderd en niet zo gezellig maar aangezien de rest van het hotel al vernieuwd is, veronderstel ik dat de eetzaal ook zal vernieuwd worden.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en erg mooie en ruime kamers. Prima ontbijt.

Wij hadden voor de kinderen 2 eenpersoonskamers geboekt omdat er geen tweepersoonskamers beschikbaar waren volgens Booking. Bij aankomst bleek dat het wel twee tweepersoonskamers waren en hebben we ten onrechte een derde kamer betaald.

Das Hotel besticht durch die Mischung aus traditionellem Gasthaus und modernen Hotelzimmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt , besonders der Kontakt zu Atilla ( Rezeption ) hat uns sehr gefallen . Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Lage , direkt im Ort von Vorteil . Der Skilift ist zu Fuss in ca. 7 Minuten zu erreichen , man kann bei einem Sportladen dort die Skier unterstellen für wenig Geld. Der Urlaub in diesem Hotel war unkompliziert und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.
