I liked that it was quiet, clean and had all we needed. We were especially impressed with the soft and cozy pillows - we perceived them as an Austrian experience. We also liked the surroundings - the bridge, the nice colorful buildings along the river, the city center being literally at a 3-minute walk from the door. It was perfect. The only thing we would have liked to have in the room is a refrigerator. |

It is in a very good location and the room was very clean and tidy, but that's about it. Street access with luggage is extermely difficult, verging on the dangerous (narrow foot path/narrow street/busy traffic). We were allocated an attic room on the 3rd floor (no lift), facilities were ok but spartan and breakfast was on the meagre side. Did not consider it good value for money. |

The Gasthof is in a great location close to centre of Innsbruck and is an attractive traditional hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was on the third floor and used shared bathroom. There was no view due to side location and high window the room was stiflingly hot and the fan provided did little to cool the room. |

It is very central! Only one shower/toilet per floor. Disco/bar underneath. It was very loud until about 3am. |

I liked the breackfast, it was full enought, they have one laptop conected to the internet in the lobby. there you can check your e-mails for free. the best thing at this hotel is it's location : in the city center. there are things that i didn't like about this hotel: starting with the first step inside, if you are not a smoker, it's bothering the smoke smell. the room had a very small window at 2 m high.. so there is no view. as an extra, there was noise from outside the street, they were fixing the road in front of the hotel starting with 6 am. |

The hotel staff, Daniel, is forthcoming with tourist information and I must comment him on that. The breakfast is okay. I didn't realise that the bathroom and toilet is outside the hotel room althought it was mentioned in the booking. This is the first time I have come across such a hotel. The amount of money I paid for should have included these facilities inside the hotel room. I wasl also not provided bath towels and body lotion until I asked for it; I think this should be automatic. |

Rooms were very clean, bathrooms were very clean and staff were very friendly. Would stay here if we were to come to Innsbruck on a budget again. It was very, very noisy in the rooms (mainly due to other guests) and you aren't able to (safely) leave your bags for the day - although there are lockers at the train station. It's just under a 1.5km walk from the train station, pleasant except when you are carrying luggage! |

Staff were very friendly. Good location for going out in the old town. Good to offer a single person rate to occupy a twin room as most other hotels don't seem to. Access for unloading luggage from a car is difficult as the door is right on a busy, narrow road, but it is a city hotel and fine if you are backpacking. Paid for two double rooms and got one large double room and one small twin room, but both at the same price. If a double room isn't avaialable then the smaller twin room should be cheaper. |

The staff were friendly. The image and description on the internet did not match the actual experience. Too overpriced for the standard of hotel. Poor breakfast and old decor. When we approached the hotel, we thought it had been shut down. |

Position of Gasthof is very close to the city centre, the breakfast was good. The room was right under the roof and we had just a small window looking at the wall of another house. But the price was, certainly, rather low. |

We liked the idea of the bar which was very cosy and the only pace you could smoke. Centrally located for river Inn, shops and restaurants. Very good place for a stay, or in our case just one night before the train to Lermoos for skiing. Bit dingy but its the dark wood everywhere - not just in this place. |

The hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast was nice - I miss rye bread in England. The location was perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean, quiet, and with adequate facilities - in the case of the single room, very modern and pleasant. The first room I stayed in - the double one - was clean but a bit shabby. |

Great staff, excellent location, delicious breakfasts. The whole place stunk of cigarette smoke (like most places in Austria) and it was very noisy.. |

The Hotel Gasthof Engl is located in one of Innsbrucks oldest parts, providing all the amenities of a city hotel. The hotel is ideally situated close to the old town and the congress center. |
This small guesthouse offers functionally furnished rooms at low prices in a very quiet location in the centre of Innsbruck. |
Located right in the centre of Innsbruck, Hotel Breinössl is situated on the famous Maria-Theresien-Strasse, only a 3-minute walk from the historic old town. |
Set in a quiet side street of Innsbruck, this family-run hotel has a beautiful view of the nearby mountains and is within walking distance of the city centre. |
