Gasthof Innbrücke

La situación del hotel, está muy céntrico.

La habitación era muy pequeña, no había espacio para las maletas y dos personas no podían moverse en la habitación.

Lo mejor sin duda es la atención del personal del hotel y el desayuno. Céntrico.

No tiene ascensor. Hay un ordenador para acceder a Internet pero es desesperadamente lento. Habitación muy pequeña con techo abuhardillado y muy bajo, por lo que lo normal es que te dieras (como nos pasó) varias veces golpes en la cabeza. Las ventanas no tienen cortinas, sólo unos visillos transparentes, por lo que a partir de las seis y media de la mañana estás despierto.

Excelente situación dentro de la ciudad con vistas al casco antiguo y a un paso del centro.

Instalaciones muy anticuadas.

I liked that it was quiet, clean and had all we needed. We were especially impressed with the soft and cozy pillows - we perceived them as an Austrian experience. We also liked the surroundings - the bridge, the nice colorful buildings along the river, the city center being literally at a 3-minute walk from the door. It was perfect.

The only thing we would have liked to have in the room is a refrigerator.

It is in a very good location and the room was very clean and tidy, but that's about it. Street access with luggage is extermely difficult, verging on the dangerous (narrow foot path/narrow street/busy traffic). We were allocated an attic room on the 3rd floor (no lift), facilities were ok but spartan and breakfast was on the meagre side. Did not consider it good value for money.

The Gasthof is in a great location close to centre of Innsbruck and is an attractive traditional hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our room was on the third floor and used shared bathroom. There was no view due to side location and high window the room was stiflingly hot and the fan provided did little to cool the room.

We liked tthe location and the stuff is really friendly

booked two douple rooms for a family, the rooms where on different levels, laut party music coming from the bar long after midnight, no tv in every room

I liked the breackfast, it was full enought, they have one laptop conected to the internet in the lobby. there you can check your e-mails for free. the best thing at this hotel is it's location : in the city center.

there are things that i didn't like about this hotel: starting with the first step inside, if you are not a smoker, it's bothering the smoke smell. the room had a very small window at 2 m high.. so there is no view. as an extra, there was noise from outside the street, they were fixing the road in front of the hotel starting with 6 am.

The hotel staff, Daniel, is forthcoming with tourist information and I must comment him on that. The breakfast is okay.

I didn't realise that the bathroom and toilet is outside the hotel room althought it was mentioned in the booking. This is the first time I have come across such a hotel. The amount of money I paid for should have included these facilities inside the hotel room. I wasl also not provided bath towels and body lotion until I asked for it; I think this should be automatic.

The staff were lovely, especially Midi and Daniel. We had a great stay.

Rooms were very clean, bathrooms were very clean and staff were very friendly. Would stay here if we were to come to Innsbruck on a budget again.

It was very, very noisy in the rooms (mainly due to other guests) and you aren't able to (safely) leave your bags for the day - although there are lockers at the train station. It's just under a 1.5km walk from the train station, pleasant except when you are carrying luggage!
